I was helped by Rachel who performed my testing. I had an appointment and did not have to wait. She was very pleasant and conversation moved the time right along. I would definitely recommend this IMAGING place. Just beware of parking. It’s a bear.

I scheduled my appointment 6 weeks in advance. I had all the paper work they needed sent over, made multiple confirmations for this PET SCAN for my father. I even spoke with management to make sure appointment was set, on top of the day before receiving a confirmation phone call. My father has cancer and I take is appointments VERY SERIOUS!!! So we arrive the day of his appointment, fill out paperwork, wait 45minutes, and when the tech finally comes out for him, it’s to inform us she could NOT do his PET scan because she DID NOT RECEIVE his injection medication!!!! Absolutely unprofessional and inexcusable!!!! Then like nothing, she said they can do it the next day!!! I had already taken off work, wasted my gas driving there, and loss a days pay!!! With no consideration for us to prepare for this appointment!!! It was a terrible experience!!!! She tried to blame the pharmacy, but bottom line, had she took the time to follow up with a phone call to the pharmacy, it would not have happen. We would not have wasted our time waiting 45 MINUTES, before she even bothered to tell us anything!!!
Of course, I had to take ANOTHER DAY OFF WORK, LOSE PAY, WASTE MORE GAS, AND TIME, to take my dad the next day for his appointment!! I told her I would not drive back over until she CALLED TO CONFIRM delivery of medication!!! Luckily it was delivered and scan was done. That situation should have NEVER happened!!!! Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! This HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE left a bad taste in our mouths!! There should be more consideration for the SICK people that attend your offices!!

I was there for a mammogram and CXR and a new kind of breast test. I was there for over an hour. They were running behind as 3 patients were ahead of me. The lady who did the mammogram was quite rough with me and trying to get certain angles and at one point I screamed because she squeezed my breast too tight. Plus she had to do the left breast twice. Also could not understand her too well because of her accent. I then had my CXR done and then they said I was done and the third test I was supposed to have done and pay $40 for I was told I was not on the schedule. The receptionist at the front desk had asked me if I was having that test as well and I said yes. So I’m not sure why I wasn’t on the schedule. The receptionists were extremely pleasant and helpful. Excellent customer service. The girls in radiology were also very pleasant and helpful and gave excellent customer service. The mammogram department not so much.

Great place to get your imaging done. Easy to make an appointment at the desired location and easy to navigate and upload all your documents. The tech, Rachel was cheerful and friendly and very professional. The whole experience was pleasant and comfortable.

I'm a healthcare worker but didn't let them know. I visited on a Saturday morning.It wasn't busy at that time. I was actually surprised how smoothly my visit went. The receptionist was professional and friendly, and informative when I had questions in general when I'm quoted about other studies that can be done there. My to ultrasound tech was very thorough. I felt her concerns. She took a lot of pictures and took it beyond, and took pictures of the opposite side for comparison. It was a good experience for me because of the weekend staff. I will have good things to say when I talk with my patients about making appointments there

The staff was very nice , the place is clean and everyone greeted me kindly and with a smile . The lady who did both my ultrasound made me feel safe and welcome. She was so nice and talked to me through out the whole time . I didn’t really waited that long I got called out fast and exit quick as well . Great place .

My appointment was set at a timely manner.. at my convenience. The wait time during the appointment was appropriate. The staff (front desk & nurses) were professional, gentle, and made me feel comfortable. I got an x-ray and ultrasound done on my neck.

There was a lot of casual crosstalk at the mammogram check-in desk while I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time. And I had to ask when my name would be called to get escorted to the back. Then the lady who did my mammogram did not introduce herself. All she said was “take out your right breast.” Overall not a great experience today. I’d give it a 2.5.
