Super friendly and accommodating - local customer service with a smile!!! Mom got a hip replacement, and nobody told us to buy a "Hip Kit" until the day she was being sent home from the hospital. I purchased a stethoscope there at night because I thought I lost mine and was unable to return it the next morning. The stethoscope was extremely overpriced. The average price online was $80 and they sold it for $150. Multiple people have complained about their return policy and customer service. Add price gouging to the list of concerns.

Rude as ever! Never go here. I was told I could return a item if it didn't work. When I called to return they said I couldn't because of hygeine purposes. But before I paid for it they put it on me and told me I could return. I will report them to the BBB. Absolutely HORRIBLE! Zero stars!

Bought a Cain it wasn’t what she expected and they THEN they said there’s zero return policy then I went and called Elmora pharmacy, Barrons in Cranford and Even Rite Aid aid all of them would give a full refund this place wouldn’t even give a store credit for the Cain that was bought and brought back and hour later. PLEASE DONT MAKE THE MISTAKE WE MADE WITH THIS SHODDY BUSINESS.
