They Did a fantastic job on helping me out on my journey towards becoming a better man. I can say 99% of people would have looked at me and say I was hopeless and there was no point for treatment. We Level Up not only gave me hope but changed my perspective on life and addiction. My therapist Donna changed my life forever and made time for me consistently even though how difficult I was at the beginning. She listened and also was so honest about life it made me smile every single day. Michelina was my guardian angel and talked me down from leaving treatment early countless times and took time out of her day to make sure I was okay, truly an angel. The nursing staff are legendary and made sure I made it through the dangerous detox process and was safe. Kruise makes sure everything gets done around here and is here for his love of helping others and giving back to the addiction community. Vanessa, my case manager, is extremely kind and made sure I had a great aftercare plan and will go out of her way to make sure everything you need done on the outside will still get done while you’re here. I can’t name all the staff because it take too long but everyone there makes a positive impact. I had to write a review just because they deserve to be acknowledged on how important choosing the correct place to start your recovery journey is. I’ll be telling anyone needing help to come here. Life changing

This is a great place to get treatment. The staff are absolutely amazing, the people in my group were so generous and caring, they accommodated my vegetarian diet, everyone here really cares about each other and was very accepting of me and my dog. If you have your mind set to get clean, this is the place to do it. Because of these people, I get to put my old life behind me and start a new chapter. I absolutely love WE LU! They truly saved my life

60 days ago I entered this facility and I am so glad I did! 60 days sober today! I am beyond blessed to be where I am. I open another business and it is now thriving as much as my Architectural business. Thanks again We Level Up Team!!!!!

I have zero complaints about the staff. They are all dedicated, compassionate individuals who will help you become sober and give you the tools for success.

Unfortunately, I was mislead over the phone from their admissions team.

I’m a combat veteran with years of childhood trauma. I know better than anyone what fuels my disease and addiction.

I was told to leave my home state in Washington to come to California because it was a facility for someone like me. I was not only going to get sober, I was to receive services like EMDR and trauma counseling.

This is a boldface lie. They do not offer these services at We Level Up. They will tell you that they are available at other facilities that you may go to after your initial inpatient experience.

The unethical approach reeks of profiteering at the cost of those who are at their most vulnerable moment. It impacted my recovery. I had days filled with dissatisfaction because of this marketing approach. At 5k a day to visit an old establishment with budget accommodations and school cafeteria quality food, .don’t confuse this firm for anything but what it is. Money hungry…

The staff are underpaid and have to face the wrath of People like me who are disappointed that the expectations of what was promised during admission. They are powerless to change this method of filling their beds. It’s not right. It’s not ethical and should be addressed with a public policy and corrective action.

Amazing place to go. I have been highly impressed with the staff and the facilities are great and I would recommend this place to anyone going through the struggles in life. The doctors see you EVERYDAY that you detox, ensuring proper and adequate care. 5 stars for sure.

The community of clients that I went to treatment with was remarkable. It was men and women who were supportive of one another’s recovery and can lead to their recovery. The nursing staff was very helpful, though at the time they were a bit understaffed overall. The person on the intake call who did not work at the location, was not completely honest about the way that the program would work. For example, you do not get your phone back at all was leaving the premises, but it is a beautiful premises and the bungalows are nice. Don’t believe the food is delicious :-). The important thing is I have been in rehab many times and this is probably the best recovery I have ever had. I have a good therapist. I have a good Recovery Coach and I have a good case manager, The medical staff was via zoom and I was anticipating that. The behavioral health text really are running around, trying to help everyone as fast as they can and check and make sure that everyone is safe, is Clean and the people who work here are clearly very dedicated. But as I said, overall, I believe that this is the recovery treatment center taught about changing the way I think about my addiction and to start to think about the way I think and the way I process. I feel hopeful.

Best staff ever. Absolutely love the bht's. If I asked for anything they got it and let me know when they would be able to get to it if not right away. Nursing staff was absolutely wonderful. I take a lot of supplements and so it takes a bit but they are on it. Overall they are a great place to be and love All the staff
