Jayson called me late on a Friday afternoon with all the information about the medical equipment that had been ordered for my Mom. When caring for parents there are many “firsts”. Jayson answered all my questions and was caring supportive and professional. It’s a gift to have such great customer service when your primary concern is the welfare of your parent or loved one. I spoke to Christine at length about a nebulizer which is my first and it was arranged for me to take a look at the unit prior to purchasing with price quote and Julia helped me with the purchase and discussed the unit however I did not know what to do with the 5 small sponges as to where it should go.. I did try to go back on Saturday but I didn’t realize it was closed so I left a message and Monday morning Christine called and rectified the issue right away .. I feel both ladies give extra effort to ensure their products are well received and customers are satisfied with their customer service I would recommend buying from this company

WeCare truly cares!! Love that they reconfirmed our order over the phone and ensured we have everything we need for my father’s return home. They really deserve five stars or more for their service. I would give them more stars if there were available. Because they were so pleasant to me even though I forgot they were coming and I made them wait a long time! I apologize for doing that! And we'll use you again & again!

before we care go a better you ,I was sleeping on two chairs pulled together. My recliner had broke and I had been sleeping in a recliner for six years.Jayson and the delivery man when above and beyond. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs help not only do they give you the merchandise but they really care about you and they check up on you and there’s not a lot of companies anymore. That do that. They definitely got my five stars. And I had a very merry Christmas.
