Dr Weidner is average, but the office manager is below poor. We've been patients for over 2 yrs. They rarely answer the phone. We have left messages dozens of times, NO callbacks. If you want a medical provider, look elsewhere. I called & left messages on Aug 1 & 8, but no replies back.

Front desk lady is rude and will waste your time. She made us wait 30 minutes just to reschedule. The doctor is OK but not worth the hassle.

He always listens to me and never cuts me off. He has worked with me on my health and care plans. He agrees with me most of the time because of my medical history and has always made great recommendations for new treatments. He has been amazing.

I would give a score of O but the least mark can only be 1. I've been a nurse for 42 yrs.. I have worked in very high tech areas that require communication with doctors. This doctor only wants , non thinking individuals. He is conduit, in the medical referral business. You could get the same service off a pre- recorded automative service. The only different a if you need a procedure done you have to have a primary care doctor or N.P..to o.k. it.
He doesn't have to wash his hand between patients, because he doesn't touch anything but his computer. I lost my hearing in my left ear after moving here to Kingman,AZ..Dr Weidner sent me to an E.N.T. in Havasu that didn't want to find the cause for the pain, pressure and deafness in that ear. He wanted to sell me $5,000-$10,000 dollar hearing aids. Without finding out cause it's a waste of money. Hearing aid don't help nerve damage. It may help Dr. Weidner's pocket. If he is into to getting kick backs from this provider. I told Dr.Weidner I wanted to find cause before spending that kind of money for hear aids. He made no suggestions to get any answers for the situations, and no comment. I found a Chiropractic Neurologist in Phoenix with level 5 on all his reviews. After a thural exam, he felt it could be coming from an Acoustic Neuroma. Since one of my many jobs was radiation oncology, a type of brain tumor, that can be attributed to radiation exposure. I took the orders back to Weidner. A brain scan and multiple neck X-rays, were ordered because I had been in a serious auto accidents 4 yrs ago.. The neurologist wanted to make sure he didn't miss anything. Weidner said take it to KRMC, they should be able to do it for you. I didn't have the test done in Phoenix, because we would have to stay several more days. My husband had to get back to work.
I told Weidner he said no problem.DR.Mark Burdorf Chiropactic/ Neurologist was the doctor that wrote the orders in Phoenix. He assured me that was not an issueI I did what Weidner said, had the appointment for 2 weeks at KRMC to have test done. So my husband would be off work. The hospital wanted Weidner's approval. Since he was the my primary Doctor. He told the lady at KRMC I needed to see a Neurologist. The orders had the doctor:s title. Dr. Weidner never gave his approval. I lost my appointment for M.R.I. of the brain to find cause. I've had him as a doctor 9 months . He has done nothing to help me, find cause. Professional Jealousy is very unbecoming in a person that claims to be a Doctor.

Update: Moving to 1 star. This office said they would get in touch with another provider but after several voicemails/calls I gave up. They still rarely answer their phone/voicemails (notice their reply glossed over this). It took them months to even respond to this review... ?

For the records part? Every other office has emailed me records EXCEPT this one. They claim it requires an in-person signature for each visit. We have signed multiple forms and handed over PoA docs and still nothing. Complete joke

I'll be happy to update the review if things improve.

The office rarely answers their phone and doesn't respond to voicemail. When you do get them it goes fairly well as they are friendly. Idk what the problem is but my request to have records emailed/sent will take 2 min tops.
