I heard about this clinic through a recommendation and I had the best experience when establishing care last year with Dr. Yoo Chong. Recently, I've been experiencing incredibly awful migraines so reached out to Dr. Yoo through MyChart weeks ago with preliminary questions about potential next steps and have yet to receive a response, I even sent a followup email. Called the clinic this morning to ask if he's still practicing since I haven't heard back in months (was confirmed he was) only to be told he hasn't even read my messages, ha. In what world is it okay for a primary doctor not to respond to their patient? Based on another review, I'm not the only one. Do not recommend this clinic, you're better off elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I have to give this lovely clinic 0-1 stars. I like Dr Yoo, but he didn't call in the correct prescription or return one of my messages about it. I left 4 messages in the MyChart app, 5 voicemails, and even spoke to the receptionist who said she'd print my info and give it to the Dr. Well, it's been several weeks and no response. I have never experienced this from a doctor before. As a new patient, I falsey assumed I'd have a better experience. My other doctor is at UCSD, and I receive immediate responses from him or his nurse thru MyChart. I cannot recommyanyone go to Well Being Medical Clinic.
