Well I can tell you this, when you walk out from your appointment you just man I'm Relaxed & feel good ! I'm glad I made my appointment ! A body reset ! That we all need ! They don't over due their services ! My husband and I have been looking for a local chiropractor for routine adjustments. We stumbled upon this place while searching online and decided to try it based off of other’s reviews. Now our entire family comes here…including my 10 month old daughter who has an asymmetrical crawling pattern. Dr. Stephanie is attentive, patient, and so sweet and gentle while handling my daughter which puts my mind at ease. They make scheduling very easy and is super flexible if you do not make it on time. I really appreciate this as a working mom with a young child!

We learned later that the office offers massages as well! Jessica is AMAZING! I have never had a massage that targets my problem areas so well. She is extremely attentive and is able to find knots I didn’t even know existed.

Met Dr. Stephanie at the fall festival along with Arora. I discussed my back pain and they talked to me about their services which really got me interested in taking their discounted offer for an exam. I just got back from my exam, and found out that unfortunately they do not take my insurance but because i love the fact that the office is majority women and the level of comfort i felt walking in sold me. Everyone seemed very welcoming and down to earth. I unfortunately am forgetful and forgot the Doctor that did my initial exam but she made me feel super comfortable. It was easy to talk about my pain and what my complaints were without feeling judged. She was super empathetic and actually very funny too. So shout out to her. If you are looking for a chiropractic place that is in CV, check them out. Their service is worth a visit

My review today is purely based off the front desk customer service. It was horrible and also uncomfortable and rude. I was told that I missed my appt last week (which I never do). And I responded stating I didn’t receive the reminder text like I always do. Vanessa (I believe that’s her name) went on to tell me the date and time stamp the text was sent from the computer. I again stated I did not recieve the reminder as I would never miss my appt. She again rudely states the time stamp that a text was supposedly sent. As I respond I didn’t receive a text again, fumbling through my phone to prove myself that I never received a text. I get no response from her. Just rolled eyes as she walks away with no words, no excuse me for a moment I’ll be right with you, literally nothing. I’m standing at the front desk with another rep I believe named Melissa who also is just looking. No words nothing. At this point it’s my appt time and I literally don’t know what happening. Vanessa comes back stating we’ll let it go this time but you will need to pay 40 dollars in the future if you miss your visit. I had no words at this point as I’m shocked and confused at her behavior. THENNNN I could not even get into the massage room before Melissa is giving Vanessa side eyes and funny faces rolling her eyes as they resumed talking mess as though I needed to lie about a text. How freaking rude. Great customer service should be given at all times no matter the circumstance. I felt uncomfortable, irritated and that’s not how I should feel going into a massage. My massage was cut short because of the back and fourth and honestly I couldn’t even enjoy it. The massage therapist stated I never remember you being this right before. I had to apologize because it literally was not her fault. It was the rude uncomfortable encounter. Next time. Please atleast wait until the customer goes into the room to be rude and talk crap and give side eyes. You never know what someone is going through. It’s not cool. And I felt very uncomfortable.

The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. The environment itself is warm and welcoming. Felt immediate relief from my neck and shoulder issues following my adjustment.

I hurt my right wrist (I guess it was lifting heavy luggage during a trip). It started like soreness until the pain was unbearable and I had no strength in the hand, I couldn't lift a pencil!
Went to KP urgent care and they said pills for pain and a brace would fix... yeah right! After a week with zero improvement and more pain, I got an appointment with Dr. Jeff and he explained to me that shockwave therapy works passing a specialized acoustic wave through the affected area that stimulates the natural stem cell into action and I went for it! After the very first appointment I experience immediate pain relief. First month I had 3 appointments a week, next month 2 and after the third month I was going only once a month but let me tell you, I started working out lifting weights after 4 months of therapy.
This therapy is amazing and it really works when KP did not.
