Update 10/2024: A little over 4 months invested in trying to get blood tests and results with multiple attempts to contact without success via phone and email. Finally, was able to get through and was told it takes another 2-3 weeks to get read results. Seriously? This whole experience for both of us has given us unnecessary stress and anxiety all surrounding a simple checkup. It was literally one of the worst experiences with a healthcare provider that I've ever personally had and witnessed myself. Do not recommend.

It really pains me to write this review as I had high hopes for this office, but we're fed up. A little over a year ago I visited Nurse Practitioner Annette Hollenbeck in hopes that she would help me find the answers needed to figure out what was going on with my leg. I explained to her that I previously been to a few appointments about it with another office without anyone giving much care to helping me figure it out. I appreciated her kind nature and bedside manner as she listened to all my concerns (which is hard to find these days with most in healthcare professionals). That day, I went for some blood tests and was told that she would look into it the leg issue. It's been over a year, and I'm still waiting on that call...

Fast forward to about two months ago. I told my husband about this office when he needed to go in for a good solid checkup. I told him that she didn't get back to me but she was nice and seemed caring. He made an appointment and had a similar first experience to me where she listened and was kind. He was told that he'd be called for some bloodwork and has had to follow up multiple times with many of those times he's reached out has been not answered or ignored. He mentioned he was able to get through email and that they would get back to him, which of course, they have not. It's been over two months and we still aren't any closer to getting him any answers he needs. It's a good thing we're hopefully not in any dire health situation here....(but we wouldn't know because neither of us can get any answers!!). I cannot recommend this office with the way their current practice is setup and neither myself nor my husband will be back. It literally feels like we've just had our money taken without being any closer to answers causing us to spend more money and go elsewhere. Go elsewhere, save yourself money and time.

Dr Annette Hollenbeck is best Doctor on this planet . She is very thorough in her pre examination asking you in detail to your health complaints , her prognosis is amazing , show’s professional concern towards your health . Great thing is she does not prescribe medication unless it last resort . You leave her practise feeling better than when you went in . Keep it up Doc you the best .

Annette is a great provider she listens to your concerns and helps in anyway she can. She easily to set an appointment with especially when other offices make you wait 2 weeks to be seen! And staff are always lovely on the phone and in person! Always willing to try to go the extra mile especially with medication if possible. Silvi is great with referrals she always willing to help and answer any concerns.

I am so grateful to have found Annette. She genuinely cares about each and every patient. I never feel rushed, unheard, or unvalued. If you want a medical professional who is 100% invested in your well being, Annette and her team is where you need to go. While I'd hate to share her with more ppl, I think everyone deserves an advocate like Annette on their side. She's an absolute life saver!!!!!

Ultimately, there are many factors which prevent me from providing a decent review to this place and I will list all these items on why they are not a medical practice you want looking after any aspect of your health. This all happened within three years as well:

1. I am overweight. They continuously pushed different weight loss treatments on me which I declined. If they would have talked to me, it took my next doctor all of ten minutes to tell me to eat more and I have lost 30 lbs since then. THEY ARE UNWILLING TO DISCUSS CONCERNS.
2. THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR WELL-BEING. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I received a test here and they never called me back with the results. I followed up and they said they had never seen me on that date. I told them and gave them proof that they charged my insurance and they still said I was never in my office. A medicine that I have been on for an autoimmune disorder gets assigned annually. By the end they made me come in every 3 months to get it filled and they charge me for a visit every time when all they did was give me a new prescription. Nothing else was done.
3.THEY DON’T CARE ABOUT YOU. I was assaulted many years ago before they were my primary care physician and I told them at my onboarding so they knew for any internal exams they can be traumatic and stressful for me. Without asking permission, the NP brought in a medical resident to assist with the exam so it took longer than normal and some things had to be repeated. I specifically mentioned something to be added to my chart and my wishes were ignored and they didn’t ask me permission if a resident was allowed to work on me that day, just told me the resident was assisting.

Don’t come here if you actually want to discuss your care with your physician or want decent medical care. All of the lost test and specific pharmaceutical is disturbing pushing is disturbing and their inability to read a medical chart makes them completely inadequate medical professionals.

I cannot say enough " great stuff" about this place! Dr. Hollenbeck goes beyond what one would expect for her patients. If you are looking for compassion and quality caring look no more! Dr Hollenbeck truly goes the extra mile to help and LISTEN to what patients have to say! My daughter and I are so grateful for all she has done for us! The office staff is great also, kind and courteous!
