I cannot say enough good things about this office and the staff! This is my first time ever going to the chiropractor and little did I know I was missing out on so many health benefits. The thought of trigger point injections can be intimidating yet the benefits are unmatched. I will be trying the new vitamin B 12 injections on my next visit. I was terrified of seeing a chiropractor. Never in my lifetime did I need nor want a chiropractor because I was afraid they could hurt me more than help me. Well, I was working out and all of a sudden, I hurt my back and as the days progressed my pain got worse. I have a high pain tolerance, and my pain was at 8/9 prior to my visit with Dr Utash. He was highly recommended to me and I couldn't stand the pain so I went to see him. Dr Utash was incredibly detailed in his assessment. He was informative and gentle with how he aligned my back. My appointment was in the evening with him and by that same night my pain went down to a 1/2. I went back once more for another alignment and physical therapy and now I am completely pain free. He is phenomenal in his skill! His entire team was wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone suffering from back pain.

Incompetent and unprofessional. He sold me a Denneroll traction device for people under 5'9''. I am 6'4''. I didn't realize this issue until almost 2 years later after months and months of dedicating 30 minutes a day laying on this thing and getting no results. On Dennerolls website they say anyone over 5'9'' needs the LARGE size. He gave me the wrong block. When I called today he was dismissive blaming my lack of results on not being continually monitored by more appointments. He told me it was a bit "absurd" I would call after 2 years. After insulting me and dismissing me saying he uses the medium one with all of his patients he then offered to exchange. You can keep your $80 bro I have more dignity than to be talked to that way by someone who basically stole countless hours of my life by their incompetence and won't even own up to it.

Period. Upon being referred to Wellness Key for personal injury, before I could even reach out to schedule my first appointment, they had beat me to the punch by sending me a welcome text with their website/youtube channel that introduces the staff and their medical background/experience, as well as helpful wellness tips, nutritional hacks, and rehab exercise tutorials delegated for a variety of specific injuries and symptoms. Immediately upon arrival of my first appointment, I was cheerfully greeted by the staff with a cup of delicious orange-infused water after they noticed that I was parched from Arizona's "signature" weather lol!
