At wellpsyche you are a dollar sign. There are some great practitioners here really helping folks but to the business itself you are just a way for them to cash out. When you are in dire need of assistance with prescriptions they do absolutely nothing and give you no response. But when there is money on the line for them they will call you endlessly. They call dozens of times for you to make a follow up appointment because they can bill your insurance and get paid. But when your prescription isn’t being accepted by new insurance and your life is literally in the balance they are nowhere to be found. My pharmacy has tried to contact them for a week and can’t get a respond and I have tried every possible way to get in touch and no luck.

Nurse Practitioner Young Lee. This person caused me a seriously dangerous experience.

This nurse missed prescribing my medication five times and often didn’t even know which medication the patient was supposed to take. We would discuss treatment plans and prescriptions over video calls, but not only did they forget to prescribe the medication for that day—they forgot for over a week! At first, I let it slide, but I had to contact the front desk to finally get the correct prescription much later.

The same mistake kept happening repeatedly. One time, they even called me and casually asked, “There’s nothing else I need to give you, right?” Is this something a medical professional should say? Are they serious?

The fifth mistake was the worst. It was supposed to be a day to monitor my reaction to a prescribed medication. However, they hadn’t even prescribed the medication! Instead, they conducted the consultation via video call as if nothing was wrong. I was furious and asked, “How can I trust you with my health?” Their response? “There are so many patients, it’s hard to keep up.” Don’t even bother making excuses.

Even now, the memory of dealing with this person is a nightmare. They are a dangerous individual—be cautious!

I found WellPsyche through my insurance provider and have been seeing my psychiatrist Dr. Lisa Youngblood since early 2023. We have tried a handful of medications and adjusted dosages accordingly to find the right combination that helps with my mental health. She is so sweet, caring, and supportive.

Thieves and crooks. Was told $30 for a zoom appointment, and $200 if we didn't show. We went to the zoom, talked for about 30 minutes. They said I didn't show and charged me the $200, then made zero effort to correct it.

Insanely hard to work with, they only contact you when they want money, and the NPs and therapists are wildly unhelpful not to mention the high turnover rate. I strongly recommend finding a different company if you need psychiatric telemedicine, as this one has caused me nothing but stress.

Greedy and terrible company. They will charge you the full price of your appointment ie $200 even if you’re bed-bound super sick with the flu or Covid. Horrible billing and insurance staff. Do NOT recommend.

We have are using WellPsyche for a special loved one who is in great need. I want to say how thankful and grateful I am for their help from Mrs.Rosie Razan Reyes, PMHNP. She is so caring, kind, and has been thorough in helping us with our special loved one. I am so grateful that she was assigned to us. At first, I was hesitant because she is a nurse practitioner of psychiatry, but I am so grateful to God that she was assigned to my special loved one’s case to help them. She has been so thorough with getting back to us, answering messages, & taking the time to care in doing more research for our special loved ones situation. Excellent! I don’t think this place should have three or four stars, but five stars for Mrs.Razan Reyes, PMHNP. 🙏💐

Also, I haven’t really read the other reviews, but want to say that they have responded to my emails and my phone calls. I’ve come to realize with mental health, such a special area and people are so much in need. To try to help my loved one, I have contacted so many other psychiatrists and therapists, and I am so thankful that Well Psyche responded back to us right away with ease and trying to help us to help our special loved one. I am grateful. We are still working with them and trying to help our loved one, but I want to say that I am thankful for everyone’s input and trying to help us.
