It is unfortunate I can’t give zero stars. To make a long story short, I broke 7 bones in my foot, and the er made me an appointment here for the next day, so I could get a referral. 3.5 hours after my appointment time, I was brought back into a room. I gave the nurse the disk with the er’s x-rays on it and she sat down at a computer right next to the open door to my room. (I should also mention that I do not have insurance, and the nurse had confirmed that fact with me no less than 3 times on the walk/crutch-hobble back.) So the nurse is at the computer for about two minutes when she apparently flagged down the doctor for help. She said she was unable to find either the disk on the computer, or the file on the disk (I’m not sure which). The doctor then, without attempting to help her with, what I would consider to be one of the simplest computer tasks, told the nurse, “that’s okay, just send her out for another set of x-rays, and try to fit her in for another appointment tomorrow. When I interrupted their conversation to state that I, absolutely, was not going to get myself to wherever their radiology lab was, not going to pay, out of pocket, for a redundant set of x-rays, or sit in that overcrowded waiting room for another 3 hours to be seen by someone who can’t even open a file. The doctor shrugged her shoulders and said okay, as she handed me the disk. She never even looked at the computer to attempt to find the file herself.
By the way, the orthopedic surgeon I went to without a referral and paid out of pocket for, opened the file and viewed the x-rays within seconds. In summary, not one aspect of that place met what I would consider, the lowest possible standards necessary to open their doors.

They schedule a new patient intake appointment as a phone call (fine) but then they never called me. I called and they told me to "Just wait they'll call soon"

90 minutes later I have no idea if I'm even still having the appointment. Wasted my whole morning.

I waited a month for this appointment when I could have been trying to get into another doctor's office what a joke.

Be prepared to wait! And wear a mask and gloves bring some tissues with you if you need to use the bathroom this place has long wait times and the lobby is filthy. The walls and glass door is nasty and dirty bathrooms dirty with no tissue. As soon as I leave this place iam going to call the corporate office because this is unacceptable this is supposed to me a medical office and be kept clean!

I have been to this clinic several times. Last time the virtual Dr. They set me up with prescribed the wrong antibiotics and my condition got worse, making me go to the e.r. The last visit the Dr. Didn't refer to my chart, was barely in the room with me for 1 min , really didn't listen before she was trying to push me out the door. With a referral that I explained I don't have insurance and is no good. I pleaded that there must be something else she could do.I know there are other options.Very disappointed in my overall treatment. Do better!

I’m only giving it 2 stars because some o Fb the staff was actually really nice and patient. Honestly it’s not worth waiting 3 hours to be seen brang my daughter in to get looked at and they turn us away at 1 pm they close at 5 . That’s how backed up on people they were . I returned the next day early like they said to do and I still had to wait 2 hours . They make the doctor do everything which makes the time there even more longer . The doctor looked my daughter for about 5 mins max . When we sat and waited an additional 45 mins . Then waited 30 mins for paperwork like it ridiculous . When I ask how much longer front told me they don’t know that the doctor has to be the one to make leaving papers which I never been to a place th at nurses don’t help out . Overall. The expirence is exactly what these reviews say . It’s sad LISTEN TO REVIEWS

I called to make a dr appt for my daughter. I was told to take her to Urgent Care for her symptoms and that they are open until 4. Got in line at 3. Waited 15 mins and then the lady at the desk rudely said they were not seeing patients anymore. I said i was told you were open until 4, it's only 3. Then she said for those symptoms you need to go to ER. I told her I called and was told to come here for those symptoms. She then said there were already people in triage. She sent me away. The whole reason I called was to avoid spending the night at the ER with my sick kid. Now I can no longer get in dr anywhere and have to go to ER even tho it's not an emergency, it's an urgent care situation. People like her should not work in a public setting where people need help. This was a young white lady at the Immediate Care desk today at 3pm.

I had a much better experience at the Greenback Ln office—employees were kind and gentle. However, at Marconi Ave, the desk staff seemed uninformed and rude. The management might be aware, but there's room for improvement. Wait times were an issue; despite waiting almost 2 hours, there were still 12 people ahead. Some even arrived later and left before being called in.

This is a very busy location. Prepare for a wait. The service is good and personally my needs are met. I was a little disappointed when I used the restroom though. With a location this busy, there should be more attention to the restrooms.
