Worst place ever! Please never choose this location for any services. Not a single doctor work here, mostly 1 sometimes 2 physician assistants or nurse practitioner work here and they always late by hours. I would have give a zero star if was possible.

My chiropractor, Dr Herr, is phenomenal. I usually arrive early, and get into my appointment early. So far for me, they have been quick and informative!

I wish if I could give zero this place. I am really surprised that health care is changed like this. Zero customer service. You get insulted by receptionist over the phone. I am so sad that this kind of services exists in America. I see it like low income people or people with medical cant get treatment or tgey don't deserve. This is shame. Shame for all workers there who let this happen, where is dignity, human kindness as Healthcare worker. How come they don't do team meetings to improve their service.The lady i was on the phone with didn't even greet me.My brother was sick and she gave me a appointment for January.This is really crazy how this place even exists.I have a baby at home and you make my life harder

This so called "practice" is RIDICULOUS! Had an telephone appointment that we had waited a MONTH for to go over lab results and they even called the day of to check me in 30 mintures prior to the appointment and then NO CALL from doctor that whole day. That whole day we called to check in on what is going on back and forth and were thrown around back and forth. To make it clear, I kept my lines open and I can receive calls from just about anyone.... scam calls and even blocked calls. 1 week later upon still trying to talk to the doctor they tried to lied that doctor did attempted to call that day of the appointment but it went straight to voicemail. Why? Why? Why is this news to me and we were not told this the day of the appointment that I have called SEVERAL times.

This place is unprofessional and dishonest. This whole practice should be shut down. If you have had a negative experience at this place as well, please call your health insurance so they can assist you in filing a complaint against this place.

Now I have to wait over another month long for another appointment to go over lab results.... a telephone chat.... that is probably not even 10 minutes 🙄😒 it's RIDICULOUS!

My Doctor is awesome and the staff is great. So helpful and friendly. Great customer service and they are efficient and educated too.

Needs a check from HR, facility has a history of making calls just to cut them on people they don't feel like helping for the day. I had a scheduled appointment with a psychiatrist just for them to put me on hold and end the call. If I ever lose my control, this is the type of place I'd love to see burn.

Nov 17, 20 My appointment was 10:15am and now it's 11:10 am they have not called yet and don't know how long will take to call

Nov 21, 20 my appointment was 4:00 pm and it's now almost 5pm they still didn't call

If you want to get your bloodwork done here, don’t. They only have one person there that does labs and for some reason apparently they take 20-60 minutes per patient. The fact that their lab is only open from 8-11 am, there was almost no possibility of me getting seen being 5th or 6th on the list… when patient one was back there almost an hour. And I got there a little before 8. Camp out the night before if you’re determined to get labs done there. I also came in the morning before around 9:45 and was told she was done doing labs for the day? No explanation or anything. Front desk was very VERY unhelpful. They do the absolute bare minimum.

The doctor I saw is the only reason I would stay with this place. She was very nice.
