One of the best resources for people in recovery. Wellstrong is an amazing gym that offers so much more than just incredible fitness classes. It hosts recovery meetings such as Refuge Recovery as well as different events. The staff there is so welcoming and kind and the space is clean and beautiful. I can’t say enough nice things about this place and how they enrich the recovery community here on Cape Cod.

I love this place so much! I work out at Wellstrong, I attend refuge recovery meetings and 12 step yoga there and I get a ton of recovery support from the community here 🙂

I have been a member of WellStrong since 2019.
WellStrong is an amazing Wellness Center that offers cardio classes, yoga classes, Refuge Recovery, Y12SR and other meetings. Community is definitely one of the most valuable resources here.
Oh, I can't forget the monthly events ~ including Breakfast Club!

Extremely disrespectful staff that denies people the right to attend open refuge recovery meetings. Harassment discrimination and lack of discretion for anonymity for those looking to recover.
