My mom is a patient of Doctor Jen. He is the best family doctor we have ever met. He is patient, and love to answer all questions from patients.
Our previous experiences with other doctors: doctors usually setup certain time for each patient. Their schedule is pretty tight. They make more money by seeing more patients. It makes sense. From business perspectives, I can totally understand. However, patients will leave the doctor office with worries and questions.

On the other hand, Dr Jen can spend 45 minutes with my mother to go through all the lab results explaining the details. Help her to find out possible cause of the pain. My mom leaves the office with no worries and hope to solve the pain.

Today I went to see Dr. Ren for the first time. I used to go with my parents. Dr. Jen is truly the best doctor I have ever encountered. He is very professional, patient and will give very professional solutions. This time he listened to my questions for an hour and answered all my questions very patiently. Both my parents are now switched to Dr Jen as their primary care doctor. It is such a wonderful experience, minimal waiting, great office staff and Dr Jen is patient, knowledgeable and spend time to understand his patients, we don’t feel rush at all. I came to Dr. Jen with my diabetes out of control. He carefully and systematically worked with me to bring my blood sugar (A1c) to normal in 1 year! I tell you he is wonderful, patient and kind but mostly very knowledgeable. If you want the best doctor - it's Dr. WenCheng Jen!

Dr. WenCheng Jen is often too bogged down to provide effective treatment. He avoids getting involved with workmen's compensation cases and fails to properly diagnose state disability claims. His approach often relies on inappropriate tests, such as using blood tests to diagnose torn muscles. Frustrated with his misdiagnoses and under-treatment, I found myself diagnosing and treating my own conditions by referencing articles from JAMA and other legit sources. He has an attitude of talking over patients and refusing to listen to common sense, and denies previous conversations. leading to wasted time and money on unnecessary tests, procedures, and referrals.
