I can't believe this place is still in business. Super shady. When I first signed up with them I asked if they deliver and they said no. I also asked if they carried perinial spray and again they said no. Fast forward 6 months later I get a call from IEHP asking if there were any other medical supplies I might need and I said yes we could use some perenial spray but the place I was currently getting my supplies from doesn't carry it or so they said. The nice lady from IEHP said no worries she would switch me to a company that would provide it for me if that was ok with me, I said that would be great. The new place would also deliver the supplies to my house once a month! I was so grateful as this company made us come pick up our supplies every month and it was really inconvenient because they always closed up early and several times we had to make a second trip. Anyway she cancelled my order with Wesco and signed me up with the new company. Well, the next day I got several calls from 2 different Wesco employees asking me why I was switching companies so I explained the new company carries the periniel spray we very much needed AND they would deliver. At this point she tells me that they carry that spray AND they deliver!! If they deliver then why did she make us pick up our supplies? She said I never asked ( that was the first thing I asked) and according to her most people find it more convenient to come in and pick up their supplies. Wow. She was very rude about it. A couple hours later another lady called to ask why I filed a complaint against her company? I explained I did not file any complaint ( although after that phone call I considered it) Again I explained to this lady why I was switching companies. She also was very rude and hung up on me. Oh I forgot to mention, every month when my husband would go in to pick up the supplies he was suspicious something wasn't quite right. They had him sign for the supplies but they wouldn't let him see the entire receipt for the order. It just seemed shady. So glad we switched companies! The new company is wonderful!! Not only do they deliver everything we need, the email me each month to remind me it's time to place my order.

The sales rep was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the equipment. Wesco is a family business, but had all of the medical supplies I needed. The location is easy to find, and I'm definitely returning.

Very rude!!I asked this so called customer service associate(Desiree)if they carry syringe tubing and she replied no we DONT ..well this is a medical supply store I thought!!So I asked what do you carry there and I was hung up on!

The lady in the store was rushing me to leave as it was 1230 and she closed at 1 also she spoke to me rude and now I have to take back my item.
