I have extensive health issues and I was completely taken care of at my first visit. I didn't have to make multiple visits for each issues - which has been the case at other primary care offices. I was allowed to talk about all of my issues and get a plan of care for each issue in my first visit. My provider was knowledgeable, caring, and understanding. I love the care here and will be moving the care of my entire family to Wesley.

Definitely recommend our provider Kelly Chavez at the 39th Ave & McDowell location/ Golden Gate. Kelly is a very caring and compassionate Provider. Despite the good intent of discounted clinics, I cannot forget the time I was refused service without any help in finding a new clinic. I went without medication for 1 year. It was one of the hardest years in my life. If anyone is reading, please take care of your patients on a human level. They might not know where to start.

I grew up coming to this community center. It helped shape my childhood and help me to become the person I am today. I would come here all day during the summer and I loved everyday I was there. From a young child to a young adult, they care for you and help you not only with things you need to know, but you learn so many things; language, music, education, sports, etc.

Took the Covic19 test on Tuesday afternoon. I was told it would be 15 minutes to get result backThey said they would call and I still haven’t hear from anyone from that office. Will never go there again if I can help it.
