Started receiving random emails and text messages from this office. I have no idea how or why. Upon calling, all I got was a hello, very unprofessional to not even state what place I was calling, especially for a "medical clinic". Thank goodness I don't have to visit this place. You might want to teach the old lady who answered the phone how to do it properly.

I liked this clinic, but recently they disappointed me. I made an appointment in advance to get a vaccine, and after some time I received a call that they can not accept me, because the doctor will not be there. I went in person to find out what was happening, the staff was not friendly. They said that the doctor announced that he will not be there and they canceled my appointment without any options. And the option of getting a vaccine without a doctor is not possible. It's a pity, but it looks like I will not go there again.

It's hard to call no number straight to the office been put on hold 2 times for 18 minutes because the number isn't straight to the office 😕😞 other then that I love this place all the people saying bad stuff remember u have medical or some other government insurance those people will feed you and fix you but calling that place sucks 😂

This the worst clinic to get help from !!! literally I been trying to get my prescription refilled for 2 weeks and speak to my Dr,. Dr.ross an I just get the run around but yeah they say the help on relapse shit i feel like getting back on drug due to Wesley and there team if u have a different option trust me go there !!!I'm switching as we speak

I have mixed feelings about this clinic. They’ve made numerous mistakes, and it’s frustrating how often things get mishandled. When I go in with a question, it sometimes takes several minutes for one of the nurses to acknowledge me, and they often seem annoyed by my presence. However, I appreciate that they’re usually willing to address and correct their mistakes when they’re pointed out.

On the positive side, the pharmacy staff is consistently friendly, and both Dr. J and Dr. Glenn are fantastic. However, the female foot doctor is challenging to work with (ie she’s a lunatic) - her approach is, at best, unconventional. Seriously where did they find her?

I Love Dr Baktah! Pediatric with lots of care for the kids, I Came in with my son with high fever and shes always very attentive and the staff always welcoming and well dress and I LoVe the fact that it's always a Clean !! I definitely strongly recommend this Place! 👩‍⚕️

I have been to this place many times in support of a relative who recieves services here. It is clean and orderly. There is on site security at the door. It does take quite a while to be seen but that really might depend on what your business is here. I've noticed that staff at the desk doesn't have very good listening skills. I've seen several clients, my relative and myself have to repeat information. I have to admit that it's pretty annoying considering the information isn't complex. My relative seems to be happy with the assistance he recieves here on a monthly basis.
