As a healthcare professional managing multiple practice locations, I hold high standards for patient care, communication, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experience with this pediatric office, particularly with Dr. Teasdale, has been consistently disappointing.

Dr. Teasdale often demonstrates a dismissive and defensive attitude when patients or caregivers ask reasonable questions or express concerns about diagnoses or treatment plans. Rather than engaging in collaborative dialogue, she tends to take offense and has, on multiple occasions, implied that families questioning her recommendations should consider seeking care elsewhere. This approach undermines trust and does not reflect patient-centered care.

Appointments are routinely delayed by an hour or more, with little to no acknowledgment or apology. The explanation provided is typically that another patient had an emergency, yet the frequency of these delays suggests systemic overbooking rather than isolated incidents. Prioritizing volume over quality of care is not only inefficient but also disrespectful to families’ time and needs.

A review of feedback from other patients reveals a consistent pattern of similar concerns. It is unfortunate, as pediatric care should be rooted in compassion, patience, and partnership with families.

Such a great practice. Wonderful doctors, nurses and administrators. Every time I need an appointment they would always fit us in. Warm, professional and friendly.

I've been going here with my daughter and son since they were 3 and 4. That's when I received custody 🙏 and started to become a full time single dad. I explained my situation to Dr teasedale and she was so compassionate and here for any help that I needed. The staff up at the front are so nice too! My kids love em'. I'm happy to say my daughter will be 10 soon and my son's 8 and we still love coming! Everyone there makes you feel like they want to help. And for that they deserve 10 Stars!

Did not have a very good experience with our pediatrician. Unfortunately, she has always been late to the appointment and when I asked the frontdesk last time when is she going to come to the room cause I have a kid who is not patient enough she came to the room and told me if we want a practice that the doctor would be on time this practice is not the right practice for us and we should find another place. She literally fired us 🙂 I tolerated this behavior for 2 years but not any more. Super disappointed.

Our family had the best experience with this practice. Dr. Gall and Dr. Luthern were so responsive and helpful during both casual checkups and sick visits. Highly recommend.

Stayed 2 and 1/2 year for my 3 children. Overall not a great experience. Uneven quality of care. You have to be lucky and get the right pediatrician or receptionist, otherwise you might just be a number without any human connection and experience quite an aggressive welcoming!

Dr. Riney and all other physicians, NPs and staff are excellent. And we have worked with pretty much everyone over many years. Super-competent and smart, and able to easily work with kids of all ages. The advice is clear and practical. And where the science is still new, they are clear about that, too. We have brought our twins here since they were 2 weeks old, for almost ten years now, and we could not recommend it more! Get your kids into this practice if you can. The MyChart and after hours on-call response to more routine medical questions has also been very helpful over the years.

EDITED: I posted the review below after a frustrating experience with a member of the reception staff - and the effort and attentiveness that the office has expended in addressing my concerns has really been phenomenal. I've never seen anything like it. It's clear that they truly want to provide the best possible experience for patients and their families. Thank you so much, and I'm really grateful for your efforts. Again, we love Dr. Riney, Cindy Luthern, and all the providers at the practice. They are caring clinicians who make it feel like you're their only patient when you're with them. Thanks again for all you've done for our family.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We've been patients of Dr. Riney's for the past 13 years, and the quality of care is really excellent - we love Dr. Riney, Cindy, and all the other providers we've met. They are competent and compassionate and it's clear that they love their work.

I will say that one area that has disappointed us in more recent years is that their reception staff seems harried. The last few times we have called for an appointment, the receptionists have been very perfunctory and not terribly willing to be helpful or patient. This is a change from our initial experiences here, which were always warm, and from what was attractive to us about the practice in the first place. There have also been cases where we've been told that we'd receive a follow-up phone call about referrals that never came. And around flu vaccine time, trying to get an appointment at the clinic is nearly impossible - the last few years, we've just given up trying and gone to the CVS Minute Clinic.

I wonder if it isn't a case of the practice expanding too much too quickly. It hasn't yet gotten to a point where we're considering switching practices because we love Dr. Riney, but we are a little disheartened by the changes we've noticed.
