Ryan was a great help renting a wheelchair for my Dad. I called and asked about a rental, Ryan asked a few question and we decided on a transport chair. I told him I’d be in a bit later to pick it up. Ryan and the wheelchair were ready and waiting for me when I came in.

I had a great experience with West Gate! The team got me setup with my new cpap machine quickly. I’m glad I was referred here!

I acknowledge and accept that I showed up at 4:59 and they close at 5. But all I needed was a hose for my CPAP which might have been a five minute transaction. When the employee saw me pull up she shut off the lights and hurriedly ran over to lock the front door mouthing the words “We’re closed” through the front door glass. They were within their rights but missed an opportunity to help me get a good nights sleep.

Unwilling to call back, makes excuses for less than acceptable behavior on their end, unconcerned with making sure you have supplies, doesn't care if you have other issues effecting cpap treatment, actively advances their profit while making sure you don't have the supplies you need, and lastly complains about compliance. They need their own internal performance review board because the service here is incompetent, rude and unprofessional. I'm truly disappointed.

Update: 5/23- I have been compliant for 3 weeks now and my cpap mask doesn't fit. I dont get a better mask because there isn't one they can get, and I am already overwhelmed if I was to run out of supplies or have an issue with my cpap. Every interaction is insulting and rude, as if kindness is a last resort. I was called by the company for writing this review, being asked if I could "give a review of a review". I was met with interruption and more bad behavior when I called as a courtesy because they suggested something was wrong with my cpap.

Update: 8/27- I am in need of replacement supplies. I was told it would take 7-10 business days. It's been 20+ business days and they have lost my order and have no explanation regarding this. They won't clarify or explain why they initially called me other than to gaslight!!

I highly suggest you dont work with this crew. They make excuses for everything.

My experience working with Westgate has been nothing short of EXEMPLARY. I rented a chairlift recliner for my husband as he just got heart surgery and Westgate delivers these chairs to the home.

I’ve worked with Patty and her customer service has been far above wonderful. I had some things come up on my end regarding the delivery and she was so patient and worked with me and never made me feel bad like so many other businesses tend to do these days.

I can tell you working with Patty has been incredible. You are in very good hands and Westgate has a great service where you can rent medical equipment otherwise very difficult to get.

I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Gloria E, left many messages over the past month trying to get a wheelchair for my mother. She never returns calls, and never answers the phone. I call and ask for someone else, i get transferred to her voicemail. I went into the store, i was told she was out and no one else could help me? Went to Foley Medical yesterday and came out with a chair for my mom. i do NOT recommend.

After waiting on the phone for about 15 minutes I decided to leave a message. No call back! I faxed a request for CPAP supplies and asked that they let me know if there would be a problem. No call. Went to the store to be told that I needed a new prescription. My doctor faxed that to them multiple times. Sent a fax order saying that I would stop by at a specific time to pick up the supplies. Went there in the rain (outside) and waited 5 minutes to be told that they did not have a prescription. They could have called me to say that but could not be bothered. Do not even consider this place!

This facility is the most incompetent facility. They do not return calls, they are rude, the are not knowledgeable and they do not seem to care about their clients. My husbands CPAP was broken and not recording data per Westgate-- yet when a replacement was declined for not being compliant-- they won't help resolve it? They are telling me a broken machine showed no use of machine-- this makes zero sense! Let's hope patients with apnea don't croak in the middle of the night. I would give it a ZERO and advise to run the other way!
