I have been going to the Marrero location for my DOT physical for many years and was surprised to find that the location is now permanently closed. Reluctantly I made an appointment at the wall Blvd location. I found a few of the same friendly faces from the Marrero location are now here and the service has not changed. Reading some of the reviews about this location was the reason behind my reluctance to continue using their services but I have no complaints. I observed the entire staff to be compassionate, caring, and professional. I plan to continue using their services.

my experience was wonderful. I got my TB test and it took less than 5 minutes. The longest part was filling out the paper work. Overall a 5 star experience!

Got hurt at work. I suffer from addiction I go to BHG. I tell the doctor this. I told staff this. I told nurse this. Tried to notify that this substance was in my system and yes it's prescribed was told it don't work that way. Then a week later he calls and most obnoxious man I ever heard. First it was marijuana was found. Explained to him I didn't seek treatment for a week after incident we assumed it was just very bruised I went to the gas station and bought THC gummies for pain and sleep. As to avoid pain medicine. He insisted that the gummies don't exist I was lying and they are not sold anywhere like this. Next was the addiction. I see a counselor I take monthly urine test for addiction I'm on a strict program and I do take addiction medicine. He asked what doctor I give it
to him. Next it's the rx number. They have no Rx number. I don't fill this meds. I go there I dose there. Then I continue on my day. This is every morning for 3 months then you begin take home I literally had to explain to him how treatment works. In this conversation he accused me of lying accused me of taking non prescribed meds and basically said my job will be lost by the time he is done with them. Here is the problem everything I did was 100 legal. And being a doctor that does workman's comp cases he should fully be aware that thc infused products are being sold in every gas station every vape or tobacco store . He should understand fully addiction and how the rehabs and clinics work. He should not have the attitude as if I'm a piece of crapt because of my addiction. It's kinda funny to me that before this he was pushing pain meds on me when I clearly stated I was not interested I was a addict. His response I write them for pain.
Very glad to be done with him. My employer has been notified by me. They know and support every step I take. He has lost this shops business.

Absolutely terrible place. Appointment was at 8:45 for a random drug test, sat in the waiting room for two hours before they seen me. People are rude. How can they expect anyone to hold in their urine that long.
