The check in staff are decent although I listened to a whole discussion about how they aren't babysitters for patients who aren't wearing masks and about how expecting them to monitor the waiting room is a ridiculous expectation. I get everyone has frustrations with their job but maybe don't express them so loud all the patients in the waiting room can hear.

Next, I have been in to see Chrystal Gaur twice so far and she has got to be the most useless doctor I have ever been to. She has zero patient health concern and God forbid you go to her and you're over weight. My weight is all she has asked me about even after the mental health quiz and concerns I went over with her nurse. She gives off an I don't really care attitude and dismisses your concerns.

The cna, or nurse, whoever took me in for initial screening shouldn’t be there. I was in a surgical boot and on a knee roller and she asked me if I had an abnormal gait. I replied well yes of course I’m on a knee roller and I’m wearing a tall surgical boot, she stared in my eyes a couple seconds then asked how that changed my gait. I just laughed and told her to write down that it’s abnormal.
Mr. Rue was awesome though; it was obvious he had looked over my file and was very thorough. There was great communication and he got me set in the right direction including following through on someone’s failure from my last visit - getting me into an electric wheelchair. I’m disabled on the left side of my body, so I can’t use a regular chair. Mr. Rue was interested enough to even look at the wheelchair I’d found and forwarded it to his email. Have tried to call and talk to Dr Mizell’s nurse several times about the chair after Dr M put in the initial script months ago. I’m very thankful that Mr Rue saw me. He’s a professional healthcare provider.

I waited in the emergency room waiting area almost 6 hours before I was brought to the back to see the doctor. Once in the back the ER Doctor and staff were great.
