Cabanas is simply one of the BEST providers I have ever met. She really is personable and takes the time to talk to you and see what’s going on. My prenatal care was top notch because she truly cared for my baby and I. I thank God I found her! She truly makes a difference.

I had a great experience with Dr. Marco Casanova . He was incredibly sweet and patient, taking the time to explain everything without rushing. I truly felt cared for and comfortable throughout my visit, a big thank you to the surgical coordinator as well, she was super nice and made the process of scheduling my surgery so smooth and stress free

I have been a patient of Dr Suarez Perez and she is absolutely great. The office however, a complete mess. The check in/check out/phone ops are oftentimes rude. I went in for my appt 15 mins earlier, and did not get checked in until 50 mins after my appt time. I knew I wasn’t checked in, because they didn’t charge my copay until 50 mins after I arrived, greeted the check in and wrote my name down. The MA called me in right away, and Dr was quick but that is not acceptable. I work at a medical office, and I know how it can be. But checking someone in 50 minutes later Is absolutely absurd. Nonetheless I have had several other issues with the staff/phone operators that unfortunately have led me to leave the practice and look for another doctor.

I had a procedure done at this office today, however I prefer the other location, at the West Kendall Baptist hospital. Most of the staff at both locations are nice and professional though. The Dr Ana Mendez is really good, she treats you with a lot of respect and makes you feel comfortable whenever you see her.

On January 30th, 2024, I gave birth at this location with Dr. Mendez, and I am beyond grateful to her. As a first-time mom, she made me feel incredibly comfortable. Although I no longer live in Miami, I will always remember her and hope to find a doctor as amazing as her in the future.

The phone service is not very good. Appointments constantly cancelled and force me to reschedule a month later. Ladies on the phone are either very sweet or extremely rude. The doctor was amazing when I saw her last year. However, constant cancellations makes me not want to come back.

I have Medicaid. The Doctor on my Medicaid is Patricia Perrfetto. I called to make an appointment and they told me they could only take me if I’m pregnant. They said that they have no openings until possibly July and to call back then. When I asked if there’s availability if I pay out-of-pocket, they said yes but because I have insurance, they cannot take me. So because I have Medicaid, I’m not good enough? Because that’s what it feels like. To the lady I talked to on the phone, do better, be better. thank you guys for your no support or help. This is what the American healthcare system is like if you’re on Medicaid. Thanks for making me feel insignificant.

I see Dr.Puckett and she is THE BEST! I’ve been having a certain issue for almost 5 years and dr after dr could not figure it out until I seen Dr.Puckett after 1 visit. She does not rush your appointment, she’s a great listener. Answers all your questions very well and even informs you on things you don’t even ask.
