Over the years I have seen many doctors but Dr. Heenan is one of the best. He goes above and beyond for his patients. If you are looking for a doctor then look no further because he really cares and it shows.

This office is literally a Joke to actual medical professionals. All the girls from the 1 experienced to a few entry level, have no professionalism. They are rude on the phone and in person. They put no effort into resolving any issues with patients. The entire staff can use a course on customer service, communication and health care ethic. There is no compassion when speaking to patients treated by Doctors in this office. Patient care is farthest from importance by the staff. Having Primarily Medicaid patients, the actual knowledge of Medicaid and its requirements are minimal. I have had several experiences now that has proven patient care is not a priority. Staff will say anything to prevent scheduling an appointment via phone. Same for In person inquiries cannot be done for any random reason pulled from a hat. Be it the location of the office that the staff feels they can speak and treat patients with such Calus.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE to persons with Medicaid, commercial, Medicare insurance, or out of pocket for that matter. CALL YOUR MEMBER SERVICES AND CHANGE YOUR PRIMARY BEFORE YOU NEED TO SEE ONE.
