I have been going to this urgent care for years now. Dr. Riggs and his staff are super cordial and professional. I always get fast and efficient care. I never have to wait hours to be seen. I’d see Dr. Riggs more if he took medical insurance. Really happy with the care that he provides.

Found this place on Reddit after getting incredibly sick after getting laid off and losing my health insurance. They post their prices on their website and let me know when checking in how much everything was going to cost. Dr. Rigg is hilarious and was able to identify what I had and give me meds. After all was said and done, the visit cost + meds ended up being a fraction of what other urgent cares were near my area. Would 100% visit again

It’s my first time to go here to do X-ray. First I ask how much is an X-ray and they said It’s 50 USD which is okay. After the X-ray for my ankle when I was about to pay they didn’t even disclose how much is the total. They just say to tap my card. When I saw the total it’s 140$. They said the visiting physician fee is 80$. I understand if there are fees like that but they need to tell the customer first on how much is the total of the visit. It’s very unprofessional and the one assisted me is like they hate their job. It’s ridiculous too to pay for 140$ for a 10 minute visit. I guess America’s health system sucks. Coming from a medical worker.

“Dr”Riggs and his staff were horrible when I went in for my workers comp case, asked little information about my back injury, spoke to him for 5 minuets maybe less. Told me I was okay to return back to work the next day when I was clearly in severe & aching pain. Said because I walked in there (barley) he couldn’t put me off work.
Felt like they were just trying to make a quick check.

I love this place! no insurance, cash only, no appointment needed! my insurance deductible is higher then when I come here for a visit. If needed, x rays and other tests are done there at same the time, do not need go somewhere else or wait for results. They are super fast and most of the time you get results and medication right away, This is definitely a one stop. I've brought friends and relatives here, and always been very happy with their service, professionalism and effectiveness.

We first took our daughter here in 2011 when she was 3 years old and had a good experience and have been to this urgent care 3 or 4 other times since then. We have not been to this clinic for a few years but brought our daughter in today for a sore throat and fever with temp as high as 102 earlier. The staff was great, wait time was 10 minutes and she was seen by Dr. Smiley (I think that is how his name is spelled). Even though she wasn't feeling well, he made her laugh and took care of the problem by ordering antibiotics and some over the counter meds. The price was very reasonable as well. We highly recommend this clinic
