Awesome staff. Didn't have a long wait time. ALL of the staff were nice, friendly, and professional. Was very thorough with explaining everything. Relieved my concerns. Amazing experience. Nicest Drs and nurses I've ever met.
So caring and devoted to my healing. From day one, I knew I was in good hands with no worries.
I feel twenty years younger, I'm almost ready for the other new hip.

I've been going to West TN Bone & Joint Clinic for 17 years. As I get older , I need them for different joints because of arthritis. First time was from an injury . Dr Blake Chandler did rotator tendon surgery on my right shoulder. For many years, that was the best joint in my body. He & the staff are so professional & kind . He comes to the Union City office across from Baptist Hospital , & saves the trip to his Paris, Tn location. Just this week i had to see him for an injection in my knee. . & it worked. A few weeks of PT does help ,too. In our small local area, i know of 5 people that have had knee replacement in past 2 years. . Dr Chandler got them all back on their feet. Doing my best to stay mobile, with his advice. As long as he's practicing , I will continue to choose him as my only Orthopedic Dr. He's the best!

Matthew French in Union City TN is very compassionate and understanding. He takes the time to explain things, gives you options, not pompous, great bedside manners which is very rare these days... He's also reminds me of someone who says dad jokes 🤣.... 10/10 I would recommend

I have received the best possible care available from WTBJ clinic. Matt has treated me for a year or better and finally Dr. Chandler performed surgery on my shoulder 2 wks ago. My surgery went great and my shoulder is finally fixed. I want to thank everyone at the clinic for their care and treatment too... Jason Lyons!!!
