Awful follow up. The FNP I saw was good and ordered a CT Scan. 30 days later I am still not able to schedule the scan because the office staff has not contacted my insurance company to verify coverage. I have had to schedule a tele health appt with the provider so I can let her know that her office staff is not following through and I have not been able to schedule the scan she ordered over 30 days ago. I may have to start over with another doc from another group? I have called multiple times and have left messages and have never heard from anyone regarding this. These guys are a joke.
