The bathrooms are nasty. I did my pre-history info to “save time” they said they never received it. The male and female Receptionist were talking to each other like they don’t have anything to do. That’s why I requested to get my paperwork and schedule a cleaning and exam 20 miles away. They were able to help me and I know what I’m getting. If you try it you will remember my review. Hopefully you did not. Blessing to all.

It took a while for the appointment, but there were two ladies that were extremely apologetic and helpful, Aide and Stephanie. The two of them made the experience much better as they were professional and very alert. Besides the wait and the black girl with attitude everyone else was terrific!!

I came in with top and bottom teeth pain on my left side..lower had a previous root canal that the 1st dr said needs extracted. And the top tooth needed a root canal. When getting my root canal done I was there 4 hrs...u wait an hour after ur appt time before they even bring u into a room. Came back for a 4th visit for the permanent crown where the dr dropped it in my mouth and I almost swallowed it.. once completing my appt 2 hrs later just to put on permanent crown I asked about the extraction. The 1st dr didn't even put my extraction in my file. So then the 2nd dr came out and took a look to confirm it was needed.also said a bone graph would be needed cause the bone was already wearing down. All this should have been included in my chart from the 1st visit. Thus resulting in now I need to open a seperate bill with my insurance.this work will take about 6 months according to dr. Not to mention I still haven't even had an exam and xrays for an annual check up.. so that's even more visits needed..

Staff was friendly. My appointment was at 11:30am and I got there at 11:20. I didn’t get called in until 12:30. After X-rays, I waited another half hour to be seen by the dentist to be told they were going to do a deep cleaning, but I needed medical clearance before it could be done. So basically I waited a hour and a half for a piece of paper!

The ladies that assisted me were helpful. The doctor was professional, friendly, & did a great job cleaning my teeth. This Carson office was busy with many patients, so the wait was long with one doctor on site. This office needs at least 3 dentists to service patients efficiently with shorter wait times.

They took me in promptly for my cleaning appointment. The water spray wasn’t working properly at the station they seated me at. They only spent about 15 minutes cleaning and the doctor was rough and it hurt several times which made me flinch & I am not mouth sensitive. It was a simple cleaning and didn’t require much work but 15 minutes? The ladies are polite and professional but overall it was not a comfortable experience.

Wasn't satisfied with the low staff. Only being one doctor trying to juggle patients. Was there for 3 hours just to be given a teeth cleaning. Then while in pain you think my prescription would be prescribed the same day but no I had to call several times in order to put the prescription in and it took the doctor the following day to put the order in for my prescription. Needs more doctors on the floor to be able to manage there clients.

This is by far the worst dentist I have ever been to. I am lost for words on how to describe the service my children received here. My daughter’s appointment was at 4:00pm for general cleaning. She was taken in within 15 mins of our arrival for X-rays. 1 hour passes and my daughter is still in the back. Around 5:15pm I was approached by one of the office employees to sign a consent form so that they can start treating my daughter. I had no idea they haven’t started cleaning my daughter’s teeth. So she had been sitting back there for more than a hour just waiting. I asked the lady why haven’t they started and she said that she needed me to sign the consent form first. And I asked why didn’t they give me the consent form sooner. She replied back saying that they were waiting for insurance verification. And she said that they don’t usually do treatment on the first visit. I have never heard of such thing. Then what was the purpose of us coming if she’s not going to be treated. Then she said since they have time, they can do her cleaning today. By now, it was about 5:30pm. At about 5:45pm my daughter comes out in tears. I asked what’s wrong and she said she’s in so much pain. I told her what did they do and she said they just cleaned her teeth but was very rough. I told her why didn’t she tell the hygienist that she was hurting her and she said she did and the hygienist said it’s supposed to hurt. In the 8 yrs she has been going to the dentist she never once cried during general cleaning. And for the hygienist to say it’s supposed to hurt, that kind of training did you have? Cleaning is not supposed to hurt. I will NEVER go back to this place. I honesty don’t know how a place like this stays in business. I’m appalled with how you treat your patients. I can’t post this comment without any stars. You guys deserve zero stars.
