This hospital is affiliated with Allina and RF ER. Mentions nothing about it on their website?! Same doctors that work at the River Falls ER work here. If I would have known, I would never have went here. I have horrible ptsd from RF ER and in walked one of the doctors that I was seen by in River Falls. Instant panic and did not want to be touched after this. My cousin was screaming at me and they let her and also asked her questions regarding my health at the desk while I was in the room. Walked out to the nurse typing my cousin’s answers! Told me to go back in the room! First off, my cousin has zero rights to any of my medical and is not listed anywhere in any form to be acquiring or discussing my health. She knows nothing and is hard to comprehend! I am livid and now I have no idea what they put in my chart as they weren’t getting information from me (the paying patient)!

I was in the hospital with Nora Virus. I was very sick. The nurses were extremely attentive. I received around the clock care. They were knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr. Anwar was intelligent and caring. He knew exactly what I needed to improve my health. He took the time to listen to me. Answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this hospital.

The doctors are great, but feels impossible to get in. 2+ weeks to get in for a primary care. Good luck if you have little ones getting an appointment at all. Feels like the only option is urgent care, which is constantly at capacity, or ER visits. Yikes.

Had an amazing experience with NP Sara Brown today. What a breath of fresh air it was meeting a doctor that believes in and cares about functional medicine. It’s was the best experience I have ever had talking about gut health and how that drives our bodies inflammatory response. Her knowledge on getting to the root cause of symptoms from the inside out is exactly how every doctor visit should be. I’m so grateful for being able to meet with her and have already recommended all my friends to see her as well. What a wealth of knowledge she is. This is exactly what we need more of in healthcare are people like her!

We love everyone at WWH! My son is medically complex and his pediatrician Dr. Atteberry is amazing with him. She listens to my concerns and always knows what to do that’s best for him. They went out of their way to fix a medication mix up from a different hospital, one time we had to go to the ER and his doctor took time out of her day to check in on us in the ER. They had also helped me when I was in preterm labor with my son and the OB Dr. Boeder listened to all my concerns and walked me through everything they were going to do! Definitely would recommend to anyone!

I went to the emergency room for chest pain, I could hear the doctor and the nurse at the nursing station the whole time. I wasn’t aware what my dosage was for a medication I take and I could hear the nurse tell the doctor that that’s maybe my problem and he’s never heard of that before and the doctor called me a “yahoo” and then when it came time to discharge me I could hear them at the nurses station arguing about who’s going to “give me one more minute of their time” as they put it. I was reluctant to come in for the pain to begin with.
My CNA that checked me in and the lab tech though weee amazing which was the only reason they even deserve a star.
I had to hold me tears in the entire time until I got to my car. I came in to ensure I was at bare minimum ok and instead left feeling like I was an idiot for being concerned about my chest pain. Don’t go here and shame on that doctor and nurse; even if you think your patient can’t hear you that’s not ok

I have hip pain where its hard to walk at times....mostly due to arthritis.... I think. Today pain is so severe my husband had to help me get dressed and shower. I couldn't stand nor walk at all without almost falling and crying out. Went to ER to see what the heck is going on. ER RN was so nice. But the ER MD was a complete jerk. Didn't ask me detailed questions about the pain, didn't complete any type of physical, only looked at my foot. My foot!! Which had nothing to do with my hip! He said nothing I can do for you. I only work xrays with bones. I'll get you some prednisone and make an appointment with ortho. 5 min visit. WTH? (Now I'll probably get a $4k bill) So here I am back at home, cannot walk still, crying in pain, waiting 4 days to see ortho. Why does this "hospital" even have an ER if its only for broken bones?

I cannot say enough good things about WWH. We drive all the way from Eau Claire to receive care here. I was seen for most of my first pregnancy here and having health anxiety they made me feel so reassured and took me seriously every time. In fact they caught issues with my pregnancy very early on and took the right steps to quickly refer me to a specialist. Disappointed I couldn’t give birth here but I 100% have plans to continue my care here once we try for our next baby. Their emergency department has always been great to our family as well. Overall I would recommend WWH as they take patient care very seriously and all their staff have been nothing but kind and caring!
