My dog found tons of reasons to visit the ER.
They helped flush rat poison from his stomach. Also helped when my dog was dehydrated and another time was short of breath. They fixed him right up.

The therapy group was great helping my dog recover from 2 separate acl surgeries. They worked with us to understand home exercises and various options for water therapy and other activities.

I had to bring my 15 year old basset hound in last night. The lovely nurse at the front was so kind and immediately brought my senior pup back. Dr. Jacobsen was thorough and extremely thoughtful during the entire visit. The nurse that had to administer her medication was empathetic and helpful. I felt my dogs needs were met both quickly and accurately at Westford Vet Emergency & Referral center.

All great things to say about this place! Back in November my 13 year old lab started having seizures and she was already starting to decline for the year prior I knew the right thing to do was to put her down and this vet showed me and my children nothing but compassion at such a hard time for us! They were awesome, they made sure every request we had was met and they made sure we were okay and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye! I can’t even express how amazing they were especially when we were all a mess! Thank you so much for everything!

We brought our 8 year old dog here yesterday after he was showing signs of IVDD and his rear legs were not working well at all.

Granted it was the middle of the day and not busy, but our dog was seen right away and received excellent care. They were very gentle and sweet with him.

The Doctor we saw and spoke with was fantastic; she was extremely kind, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, transparent, and professional. She provided us with useful information and was straightforward while exhibiting patience and compassion, which is very important when going to the vet with a hurt beloved pet who we treat as a family member. Every service/medication/procedure she explained seemed necessary instead of excessive or unnecessary which we greatly appreciate. Taking a pet in pain to the vet is already a very stressful experience and she made it easier for us and our dog.

If we ever have an emergency we would go there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

I brought my cat here last night as she had swallowed a piece of silicone. The entire staff was helpful and friendly, and you can tell they genuinely cared. The vet walked me through all of the options and was thoughtful in our discussion of which option to take. And when they were able to help remove the silicone, they were just as thrilled as I was! This was my first time at an emergency vet and this facility, and I was so relieved at the entire process. Thank you!!

First time I had an emergency with one of my pets. I called them first, they alerted the staff. They took me right away when I got there. Everyone including the receptionist, the vet tech and the veterinarian were so nice, they were thorough and treated my dog appropriately. She is now doing much better thanks to them. I will definitely go back there again if needed!

Provided excellent emergency care to my sick cat! Very understanding, kind, and responsive. Staff were very compassionate and they definitely love animals. We even got to visit my cat while she was still hospitalized there. Thanks for taking care of her!

Such an understanding, compassionate staff. Every person I interacted with was kind and made my unfortunate situation as comfortable as possible. They communicated with me all possible options for treatment and the prices and made the visit as easy as it could be. I highly recommend them, I went to a different vet earlier in the day and did not have the same experience there.
