Westport Apothecary had been excellent to work with. When you call you get a person to speak to. Their deliveries have always been on time. And they keep you informed of delivery status with text messages before, during and after delivery. I highly recommend them.

Convenient for me due to my work & home lifestyle. I work on nights & it's a 12 hour bi weekly rotating schedule. Plus there's the family drop offs, pick ups. Using this pharmacy is good for me. There's no hassle of trying to find the time driving to them or dealing with anyone in person. Everything can be taken care of online or by phone. They also deliver the meds straight to your house. My family & I currently have not had any issues with late or missing deliveries so far. I recommend this pharmacy for its professionalism, easy to use, Conveniencey. Oh they're meds are cheap and have a lot of alternatives like non steroid creams that we use for the baby.

If it’s important - be careful! Prescription was left on the property NOT at the door. Driver NEVER rang the bell. Unfortunately took 24 hrs to locate. The product ended up freezing and was ruined. There is warnings all over the packaging to be careful not to freeze. When I called the pharmacy to request a replacement I was told no. The pharmacist was rude and hung up on me. The cost of prescription is $1,100 to replace since this was a one time insurance exception. Providers & Patients beware!
