Nurse practitioner needs to know how to answer a yes or no question. Instead ms cassey likes to make patients feel stupid and useless. Now my child is having a panic attack. Thank you God someone else who knows what there doing came in.

The wait can be long but it's a clinic that accepts medicaid.. i have 4 kids and every clinic we've been to that accepts medicaid always has a long wait.. not to mention we are in the middle of a pandemic. we could wait all afternoon to see Kathleen! We love her! She's understanding and so sweet. Today I took my 15 month old for shots. Almost no parking spots and we was in and out in an hour 1/2 most of our time was waiting but we got in seen kathleen and got out. No matter how busy they are Kathleen is always so sweet!

We’re so glad we chose Wetumpka Pediatrics! We love our Pediatrician Kathleen and all of her nurses! She has helped us so much with our breastfeeding journey and an extremely colicky baby. I’m not sure why there are any bad reviews. I believe the ladies in the front may be newer, so maybe there were some not so nice people in there before. They never seem to have an attitude, one of the girls seems a bit shy actually and maybe that’s being interpreted wrong. We’re really happy with our choice!

Thanks for the callback I never received. ? You would think when a parent expresses worrisome for their child, you would at least call them back. I called 10/24 and have waited all day 10/25 and never heard anything. Thanks anyway. I will take my child somewhere else the staff and doctors actually care. This is not the first time this has happened either.

I love the staff here! Everybody is so nice. I even saw them giving a lady free infant formula because she had run out and couldn't afford any. My daughter has autism, and I just love the way they pay attention to her needs and they are very respectful and kind. Also, they accept medicaid

I've been bringing my kids her for almost 11 yrs, in then last 2 years the service and friendliness has gone down hill. We have to wait over an hour to be seen each visit. We had an appt @ 830 they called while o was in the parking lot @ 817 to reschedule his appt (for the second time). The rest room is nasty @820 am (they open @ 8) there is no possible way it was cleaned the day before! I'm finding a new Dr. For my kids!

I have used them since my daughter was born 14 years ago. I also use them for my son who is 10. Wonderful place. Very friendly staff and can get same day appointments. Only once were they full but the still take walk in. When you have an appointment the wait is not long. Now if you are a walk in you do have a wait. I lived close by when I originally toke my daughter there but when we move 9 years ago I still continue to use them Even though it is now a 40 minute drive.
