On the phone, “your call will be answered in the order blah blah blah”. They hung up. Called again and the message changed, I’ve reached their answering machine. “Call back during office hours”. When the machine just said office hours are until 7 on Tuesday. Bihhh what.

Edit: they answered but “lines are transferred at 5” so they don’t have my doctor on file… WTAF.

I had face surgery here and it was a really good experience, the doctor and nurses were all very kind to me. The service was great too! Thank you!

If I could I would give a huge 0 star. Why is because they refuse to listen to their patience at all even if the patient knows more about their body than the doctor or the nurses do.

The worst hospital experience ever. The doctors and nurses neglected my Mother while she was under their care in ICU. They were very disrespectful toward her and I. It's too painful to talk about because my Mother is deceased. Do not recommend. Horrible. Dr. Hernandez, Michael Jordan, nurse Louie. Terrible humans, along with everyone else except for nurse Amber and Lisa. They were great and genuinely cared for my Mother. I hope they're doing well.

Pediatric department- everyone is great when you go in. Staff are helpful and pleasant from check in desk to nurse doing vitals to the doctor (we see Dr. Ward). My issue is the phone system. It is so hard to call them! I have waited on hold many times for over 30 minutes just for the phone to disconnect. The used to have a call back system, which is nice, but if you miss the call back you have to start the whole process over again. They do not try again ever. Today when I’m calling I don’t even get the option for the call back and I’ve gotten disconnected twice… which means I’ve been waiting on hold for a total of about an hour and have not gotten any closer to speaking to someone.

I really do love this clinic, specifically the pediatrician department; doctor Ward and het assistants make my son’s day every time we go. That for a parent is important. And the care we get too.
Only downside is that to be able to talk to someone to make an appointment or ask a question the wait times have elevated sooo much. I travel a good 20-30 min to get there and I’d appreciate if my phone calls could at least be answered to go as prepared as possible.

Just visited the dental office for the first time and my experience was wonderful! I recommend an early appointment on a bright and sunny day. The view from the office is beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. shout-outs to Laura the dental assistant was very kind, attentive, and professional answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. The office was a little tricky to find but it's on the 4th floor. Complete opposite of my western dental experience, was wonderful in everyway can't wait to work with them and improve the health of my teeth! Who knew the dentist can be a great experience 👍🏾

I have called multiple times and the receptionist have hung up on me after being on hold for 10 plus minutes. Now I cannot let them know I need to reschedule my appointment. I will be getting another practioner. Super unprofessional especially when it comes to patient health. They couldnt care less.
