Last summer I started going to a support group Ellen offers for working moms it’s been the best! It has been a great way to build community and relate with other moms. I reached out to Ellen Chance in hopes to receive services for prenatal depression. She scheduled a consultation call with my fiancée for me which she did not call me for. I called her and left a voicemail, she did not respond for a week. Finally, she scheduled a second consultation, which again, she did not call me for nor pick up the phone for. Very unprofessional and disheartening to see!!
