the lady who does the appointment over the hone is Extremely! rude, she made me feel bad about certain things and would make rude comments through out the call about me not be ready, or that since I wasn't sure about something , when she wasn't giving me all the information I needed. way to make people who need help feel worse about their lives. i have a pretty high tolerance for rude people but t his lady needs to be written up she clearly is not there to help families

Young man who answered the phone around 8:45AM Thursday 11Aug2022, was just amazing, sweet, an very helpful! Best customer service I’ve gotten over the phone in awhile . Thank you for not yelling at this pregnant lady an my ten questions 🙂

I wish i could give it a 0 star.. !! The people that work here are so rude they dont help you at all they make you wait sol long amd all they do is gossip ... save the gossip for your hoise also phones durimg work hours shouldnt be allowed. WiC is amzing but the woekers here need to be more efficient amd friendly
