I feel fortunate to have excellent care, no matter what my needs are. Urgent care, ER and primary care all in one place. I live in Yarnell and it's very convienant to use the Congress Clinic and pharmacy. Meds from Wickenburg pharmacy can easily be delivered to the Congress pharmacy as part of your profile! Thank you to all the care workers!

Hi I. M.

You need to hire people here to do there job right, like look for medications correctly ask other employees for help to find the medications. I called ahead of time to see if my medication was ready for pick up. I got here to pick it up my medication the clerk Becky said its not in they need to order it. She lied. I said no I called in before hand to pick it up it's ready, the girl called me said to come in and get it. She rolled her eyes at me you can see the video if your staff is being recorded She was extremely rude. Becky at the pharmacy either needs to be put at another position not at pharmacy. It's a run around just to get my medication here. The girl who called me, even gave me the wrong information she had to recall me back and tell me she made a mistake to come in and pick up my medication. Zero Stars to this pharmacy. Alway Professional Service From The Staff. Co-Pay Prices Are Very Competitive. I've been going almost 2 years now. For Us it's an Hour & Half drive one way. And Well Worth the Trip. Wickenburg has excellent Restaurant's, a Safeway & A Bashes.
If you can't make the drive they mail Prescriptions Free To Salome Arizona. We live in Bouse ant the charge was $8.00 (I had 12 meds).
But we love the drive, The Nice Folks At The Pharmacy, The Whole Wickenburg Experience.

Called to find out why suddenly I was getting 90 days worth of meds when I had asked for only thirty days at a time because a lot of the time my meds change. I was told by a person named Tammy that if the Dr writes the script for ninety days they have to do it that way. I was informed yes there was a note attached to my record that I am to only get thirty days at a time but now they didn't and to take it up with my Dr. Why has this changed all of a sudden and since you are spending my money does this mean when I have to discard sixty days worth of meds they will reimburse me?
