Called to have equipment picked up that we no longer need Oct 29th. Was told the driver would call the next day and set up a time to get it. Its now a week later and after 3 messages I still haven’t heard back. Will be calling insurance company to make sure they are not going to charge for the equipment for November. Will also be calling Medical and Medicaid to make sure the do not charge them either for November.

Worst service ever first off the woman is rude controlling on the phone has no merits of medical standing and wants to argue when calling patients and medical team at their home causing stress and aggressiveness toward us via phone.

Obviously doesn’t understand the people that they are serving who are in need of these things I would suggest going somewhere else

anyone that tries to call me and tell me What to do as an integrative health practitioner and act as if she is my boss ( what!)

I have no idea where their brain is at and as this woman with an accent, doesn’t listen to what she is saying as I heard very clearly “in the hospital” as she tried to fast talk me I asked her if she was from the hospital then she told me I didn’t listen. I heard her very clearly. She went to correct herself, saying I talked to the hospital that’s different no big deal move it along

but she seems to want to be stuck and argue with people on the phone whatever problems you got at home or at work, please keep them there. Do not call patients at their home to talk to caregivers. Integrative health practitioners, medical care, staff, or anybody related medical Upsetting them on the phone with your miscommunication

either you’re done with this job because you don’t wanna do it anymore so you just call people to upset them at their homes or get someone else to call please I asked for the supervisor 4 to 5 times and she continued to ignore my request. Talk loudly and over me over me. Saying there was no one above her. I guess this is how this business owner does business

I just wanted this phone call over with and she still wanted to badger me on the phone It’s a privilege to have my phone number and to have our business.

Please try not be aggressive and attack people on the phone. Please learn to do your business better I don’t think the owner of this business or the corporate owner of this business would appreciate you badgering good paying customers in need there are other businesses

who would appreciate our business and not badger us and when you personally have a problem, don’t put it on our laps just handle it please we are not here to pick up your pieces

She actually called our accountant as if that would resolve anything for the patient when she knows I’m medical she literally went behind my back, which does nothing anyway to bother our accountant about a prescription right there shows you the disrespect for our medical staff and Team and our brothers and sisters here at the hospital who works so very hard it’s people like this Who have such disregard for the time effort, and our lives that we give up to help others rather than dealing with their own problems they’re looking for a yes from someone to vindicate them that they can’t seem to get for. I don’t know where, but go around about way not to be helpful , but looking to be disrespectful to our medical staff, disrespect their titles, and instantly became a Karen in my book

Garabage, unprofessional company. have waited days for my poor grandmother equipment. they dont pick up or respond to any calls.

Edit: These clowns replied to my review after an hour but they haven't responded to any of the messages, or picked up their phone in the last 2 days. You run a business yet don't pick up your phone for fear of scam calls? Then why even have a phone number? I looked at the other reviews which are all low ratings, this should tell you it's not just a one off case. These clowns are not to be trusted.

Should be ZERO stars. Lied about nobody home for delivery. They didn’t even come to the house. Seems there is no communication between drivers and dispatch. Told me item was on truck to be delivered (2 days late) AGAIN no delivery! Finally delivered 3 days late. Driver shoves paperwork at me & says sign Not before I read it! Most unprofessional company I’ve seen in a long time! Don’t use this company-EVER.

If I could I would give them negative 5 stars to offset those overrated reviews. My story began with September in last year, they delivered an used medical bed and an used patient lift to my home, delivery guy failed to disclose that these 2 items were under Medicare lease to own program, vendors could retrieve it before pay-off day. Alhambra Hospital Rehab department referred this vendor.
After my mom passed away and funeral finished, I decided to donate to a charity organization in Pasadena, Convalescent Aid Society(CAS), which loan these medical equipment to all people free. I thought it might be the best for 2 items.
A week later, without prior call, Wilbur pick up guy showed up and I had no item for him, I then contacted CAS next business day, get approval of their supervisor to give me back these 2 items.
Since the long vacation of X'mas and New Year, CAS would not open for business, Wilbur pick up guy began to threaten to send me bill, I tried to contact whoever is in charge, try to settle this matter, unfortunately, no one seems to be interested in solving this dispute but tried to bill me instead. I only ask them to contact and pick it up from CAS, they won't do it. This makes feel like a setup,
Now, you can see how unprofessional this vendor is, they probably don't care, I would take some actions to talk to nearby hospitals and convince them remove this vendor from their list.
In addition, they don't return phone calls usually, they don't make a courtesy call before pickup or delivery either and enjoy to give you surprises.
Anyone sees my story and still use their services, serve you right.

Awful service !!!! Medicare should not have chosen them. The order went in on a Friday and four days later we are still sitting in the hospital because my mother in laws hospital bed and wheelchair still have not been delivered. I have spoken to the delivery supervisor and he was no help. We have sick and disabled people that need the items fast not weeks later. Very unhappy with the service.

It's unfortunate that you must even "give" a single STAR...as this organization deserves NONE! To begin with...the requested equipment was not delivered on time...in fact, it took an additional 4 days to even arrive. That being said, the apparent "owner" who can easily quote "Medicare" coverage and what they pay for, obviously also feels the need to mark up equipment to what ever price he deems appropriate...which is anything but! PLEASE...if you're given a referral for this company ...for ANY medical equipment...kindly ask for ANOTHER...to ANYONE else!

I think that two stars would be overrating! If I only could, I would rate them "0".
I've never encountered such unprofessional business with such outrageous incompetence.
I agree with every bad review. I hear frustrated families and can relay to their distress.
Makes you wonder how did such business managed to get Medicare contract and even keep it.
For those who reads this review, if you only can, try to stay far away from Wilbur Medical!!!
