They have no accountability in the stores. I have tried to get my Cpap recalled for 2 years, new Albany and Bloomington won’t take care of it. I walked away from the woman to the exit door away from the woman in New Albany, carrying 2 cpaps and a service dog leash, and she kept repeating I was being aggressive instead of helping. There is no way to get a corporate office number or someone to call me back. Heads must be hidden in the sand at corporate. Nobody working there gives a hoot.

I was told on the phone my payment would be 53 a month and when I got there they wanted 203 plus 53 a month.
They laughed about it and locked me out of the store after talking to insurance in front of them. Alisha at the front desk is bad at communication and needs another career not in health care.
But they sell things that are needed here. So that's the 2 stars. No customer service unless you will sign whatever they want you to sign.
Also going to BBB to let them know. See you next week.

I definitely did not get off to a good start with this company. Not really sure what is going on internally with them but essentially after waiting for quite a while to hear from them, I contacted them directly and was informed that they had been “trying to get ahold of me” for 4 weeks. When I verified the number they were calling, it turned out to be wrong. They then told me that they had tried the correct number before but that there was no voicemail and when they reached out to my pulmonologist they gave them the incorrect number which they continued to call. Apparently at some point, they just stopped calling the bad number and I was left in limbo. I found the entire experience odd but decided to move forward and scheduled a fitting for later in the week. At that point, the individual told me the terms of my “CPAP” insurance coverages and I requested confirmation that it was for an “APAP” device at which point they seemed bothered that I was asking for clarification. Given the fiasco with the telephone number (which was patently absurd, because no one else has had a problem calling my correct number and leaving messages) I felt that clarifying was important. They explained that they were the same type of machine but again, seemed annoyed that I was seeking to understand the particulars. That experience prompted me to look at their reviews and it was pretty appalling and enough to get me to request my pulmonologist to send the order to a different company. I can’t say if they are “good or bad”per se with regard to their overall care and medical supply but I certainly had a sketchy enough first encounter with them to make me want to look elsewhere.

This company is awful. Without there connections to insurance companies as single source they would have no business. They keep sending filters and equipment from the CPAP that was recalled 1.5 years ago. I go the Tabor Lane New Albany location and they are rude and not helpful and refuse to fix the issue. I have so many supplies that I have paid for but they won't replace them.

The employees at this location were unhelpful and disinterested when responding to my questions . I found it trying to schedule appointments because the lady on the phone would put me off or say they were booked. Her attitude was rude. When I brought my sleep apnea machine into the office for help the individual that assisted me acted as though I had inconvenienced her. I would or recommend this location. I had a much better experience at a location in Vincennes.

I have had so many problems with William Brothers. They are impossible to deal with. I’ve had a sleep machine with them for one year and now I need supplies. They will not give you any prices over the phone. They will not return your phone call and they will not sell items separately.
They also will not tell you what is covered by your insurance insurance company and what is not covered by your insurance company like I said, avoid them at all cost

My CPAP machine (Phillips Dreamstation) has been recalled because the foam inside is breaks down and actually pumps carcinogenic materials into your lungs... Williams Bros. has been my DME provider since I was diagnosed with sleep apnea. Would you believe I was treated as if I was asking them for a HUGE favor to get a machine replacement for my Dreamstation? I had to tell them numerous times I'll pay out of pocket for the new machine because they continued to focus on whether or not they would be able to bill insurance. I had to have my doctor's office fax my new prescription to them 3 times before the process they use was able to recover it properly. Even still they were asking me about insurance. Insurance is MY business, not theirs. I pay the premium and I decide when or if I'll use it.
We get to the point of them understanding I'm going to just buy the machine, out of pocket and they have a machine I can pick up the next day. They wouldn't be bothered with setting 15 minutes aside for someone to introduce me to the machine. It would be sitting up front for me to just pick up. Fine. Unprofessional but fine. I'm familiar enough with the machine I don't really need an introduction.
I show up to pick up the machine and the woman up front has multiple papers for me to sign. One says that I agree to not bill insurance. What? I do plan to run it thru insurance myself, which I am very much entitled to do because I PAY for the insurance not Williams Bros. So I didn't know what or why they would want me to sign the paper for so I jotted a note a the top that said I plan on filing a claim thru insurance myself but that Williams Bros. won't be processing a claim. The lady at the front straight walks away from me with a grunt/sigh without any explanation as if she's frustrated with me?! The manager comes out and has no problem with my note and tries to tell me that the form is just to say that Williams Bros. won't be billing my insurance but that is NOT what the form says. It says that I will not be filing an insurance claim, which is simply not true hence my note.
Then I pay for a heated hose accessory (which is extra to the full machine setup) and they swap it out with my basic hose that comes with the machine. I have to ask her to correct that so she does. I'm still dealing with the manager at this point, btw. She tells me that she's giving me the heated hose at cost, which is not true because I paid Williams Bros. $40 and I could immediately buy the same hose for $25 at where my buddy buys his equipment. By the way, this purchase was for over $600 so it's not a small transaction.
Last year, this same company sent a "bill" to collections even though I had already paid it! I had to spend my time on the phone with them convincing them it was paid.
I felt disrespected and lied to. I didn't even get basic customer service or consideration.
I'll never be doing business with these people ever again and you should think long and hard before you do.

AVOID this place, LOUSY customer service! They are lazy and ilinformed.
They lied about being able to get my BiPap machine. When I talked to the doctor's assistant she said that she didn't know what I was talking about because it was NOT true! I told her that I was just telling her what Williams Brothers told me. She that is not true, so she recommended that I use a different company and that's what we're doing. Good riddance Williams Brothers 😡‼️
On a scale from 1-10, they are in the negative.
