Very poor service, similar to the others. Made an order on December 1st 2024, and no delivery. Called them, and was told they will look into it and reply. No reply. Sent an email and replied a week later to say “checking with the dispatch team” with no date of delivery and no offer to refund after such a poor service.
Please don’t use this company !!

Atrocious! Goods ordered on 31.10.2024 still not received 08.12.2024! One email response from company saying Max was going to contact courier and get back to me three days later…I’m still waiting?
If I could have given zero stars I would have.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Send out faulty goods and fail to respond within a reasonable time. Eventually got a response and promised a refund but nothing so far and not responding to emails again.

Surprised to read some of these reviews. Williams Medical Supplies, particularly in the last year, have been great. Good at matching prices, delivery is normally next day & they're happy to chase up direct suppliers (eg. fridge) to make sure everything works for the customer.

An absolute train wreck of a company -I strongly advise not to order from them. They quote euro prices on their site then charge that value in pounds, converting the price after you click to pay in euro. I was overcharged on 10th may, advised that I will have the credit returned after immediately noticing the fraud & having to email & call to get anywhere, but I still haven’t seen it reflected in my account despite contacting them 1-2 times per week they are now ignoring my emails. I still have not received my full order which accounted of only 2 items and there is no delivery information either. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Also note they still have the item in question quoted in euro at the same price as before I bought mine, so I suspect it’s a scam as opposed to a genuine mistake, otherwise they would surely have rectified it.

I needed a piece of equipment within 24 hours. Called Williams Medical. All sorted within 30 minutes and arrived next morning. Excellent service. I wouldn't pay attention to the low ratings here. They are clearly from the Pandemic time when there was a world shortage of stock! Check out the Trust Pilot reviews.... awesome

I ordered a stethoscope as a gift for my friend. I ordered the item on 23 June 2021 and was expecting it within 10 days as promised.
Unfortunately, I never received the item, but the more disappointing situation is the way they are dealing with customers. I asked about my order on 1 July and did not receive any reply, I phoned their Customer care Department later, they said the item will be delivered on 13 July 2021, which was much longer than expected.

As I did not receive my order, I contacted Customer Care department again win 14 July, surprisingly the lady told me the item is not available! I do not know what should I say about this level of customer care, they even do not wanted to drop an email about an unavailable item after three weeks.

I want to inform other potential customers if they are relying on services this company promised but never delivered.
