They send billis to me even after they are paid off. They don't read their notes. I called i80 said that I didn't need supplies for May 2023. It is very confusing to have a separate company issuing billing. I80 was very nice we talked for awhile. I pay my bills. Wilmington acts like 25.00 is mortage payment.

The company use to be amazing. I would get my son's supplies on time every month. Now I have to call over and over trying to get his supplies. Most of the time I have to leave a message and no one even returns my call. I have to call over and over until I get someone on the phone. I''m completely out of his supplies and I have to go buy some somewhere else for the third month in a row. The new company is HORRIBLE!

The company sold out to big business now I have to fight with the new company constantly to get my daughter's medical supplies. Now because they sold out and didn't even have the decency to contact me and tell me that they had sold my daughter's medical contract to another company I have to spend days playing phone tag with 180 medical just to get what she needs. She didn't even get her supplies last month at all.

When my father passed away they were uncaring and not helpful at all. He does not have an estate and had nothing of value. They sent a refund check to him and refused to reissue the check. They even argued that they could not send it back to the insurance company either. Guess they are only helpful when they are collecting your money.

Pulled up at 5:08 and walked in, wanting to buy a CPAP mask. Two guys come out and say "oh we are closed". Google says open till 9 pm. They should get this addressed so people don't waste their time driving over here. I guess I will stick to Advanced Homecare Medical Supply buying my supplies.
