I have very bad anxiety when it comes to dentist and dental work. This is the best place, first time in my life there was no pain. Dr. Rustom can give a shot and is skilled with it not hurting. I'm actually looking forward to going back and getting a beautiful smile. I've already recommended them

I had 2 tooth extractions a couple of weeks ago. I thought I was in for a world of hurt because my teeth have broken so far down almost below the gum line. The hygienist was awesome and so sweet. If I could remember her name I'd let her know she was a 10 outa 10. Dr. Rustom is so nice and he works quickly and efficiently and literally had the 2 teeth out in less than 5 minutes. I would recommend them 100%

I received treatment here today and this place was awesome. I am petrified of a dentist,like my anxiety goes out the roof so bad I was crying . I can’t remember the assistant name but she was awesome and so sweet and comforting. Then the dentist was even awesome. I will continue going here for my treatments . Thank y’all for the empathy and going beyond y’all’s duty to help people with horrible anxiety when it comes to the dentist.I can now get done what I have put off for years .

Got a tooth pulled today and I am a crybaby 😂. They made me feel comfortable. The staff was awesome! Very helpful with everything I need and directions after I got my tooth pulled. The dentist was fast, quick, and gentle.the wait wasnt long! I enjoyed my visit and will be back again soon! Thanks👍

I made an appointment back in December for today, January 13, and even called this office this past Friday to verify the appointment. They verified it and made sure that they had corrected my birth date (which was originally entered as 12 years off). I drove all the way there from Natchitoches today only to be told that they had no appointment for me listed and that the dentist wasn't even there today!
I was told I had apparently called the Colfax office (which I didn't even know existed) and made an appointment for February 1st. I argued that I had not done that and showed her the number I called, which was their office in winnfield, and she just said "well, somebody called them."
Please... You think I'm stupid? Nothing good ever happens in winnfield. Don't waste your time there. Also, I love how they only respond to positive reviews. Everybody loves praise, but won't address the negative reviews. Figures.

I had been sent to 3 different dentist, most have been practicing for over 30 years! No one would pull the tooth, saying it needed to be cut out. A family member referred me here. I get called to the back and in walks this young man who looks like he's still in high school. He shot my gums with the numbing stuff and said "I'll be back in 10 minutes". When he came back, it literally took less than 90 seconds for him to get that tooth out AND IT WAS A JAW TOOTH! I went through 2 months of pain and 3 dentist for a tooth that was like a piece of cake to him. I can't pronounce his name, but he's young, tan, handsome and has black hair! Since I met him, I WILL NOT go anywhere else!
