Do not give them any benefit of respect nor trust. They claim they do not take appointments, only REFERRALS ! Even when I was referred to them, they still refused to acknowledge that, and that's quite unprofessional, and lazy. I had to go through many loops to figure out how to just simply make an appointment to get my staples removed through this retarded, unprofessional, selfish, lazy place. After 30 minutes of unnecessary stress, I called Dr. Licenstein office, explained my situation and within seconds. They made an appointment to take care of me instead, after explaining to me Also that I wasn't the only patients that was dealing with the same issue involving Women's Health Center. Reassuring to know I wasn't alone with that problem.

Dr.Lee is amazing. She really takes the time to make sure the needs of her patients are met and takes the time to let them know what kind of options they have. The only downside to this office is the wait. My appointment was at 1 and I wasn’t taken back until around 1:45 and I didn’t leave the office until 3:40. Loved my doctor, just didn’t love the waiting.

My experience in this clinicnhave been awful. On the phone ibget told one thing and when i go in person they tell me a whole new thing. I have been waiting for my surgery for months and they cant manage to give me my labform request. I feel so frustrated with this health system. overall it has been really bad. Do not recommend this place(clinic).

My first experience here February 2018, I waited almost an hour undressed for the doctor to perform an exam. After exam I was told I needed to have a surgical biopsy. Scheduled one for 2 weeks later. Tried to find out what the procedure was called and couldn't get an answer. Discharge instructions informed me that I had a cervical cone biopsy. Waited a week for results, and although they are in, I cannot get anyone to take 5 minutes to return my calls. I was told I would receive a call back later same day. I feel like just because I rely on state to cover medical care that I am not important.

Takes forever to talk to someone on the phone and receptionist in women’s department is a little cold. Clinic is clean though and dr Nalawala is sweet. My first pregnancy here at this clinic. So far so good.

I would normally put a 5 becuase of how great my doctor is but unfortunally the clinic doesnt know how to answer their phones and when u get transfered within the department like the nurses station they hang up on you. I spent 25 min on the phone trying to get some one to speak to me thru the operated service and was told it may be a glitch so I eventually get through to only get hung up on.

This place is horrible for maternity be prepared to have different doctors every time you come about 20 of them all claim to be your Established OB you won't know what doctor is going to help deliver your baby until you are literally in the hospital getting ready to Push or have a C-section !!
