I have been coming to your facility for over 30 years at first it was very good now I can't even get an appointment with my doctor at one time I could set up my appointment with Dr Siobhan and my infusion Clinic on the same day all they had to do is call the infusion Clinic and ask them my appointment Arrangements in the lady there would be more than happy to tell them for each month that I come so they can set up a morning appointment with doctor savant been doing that for years now they changed it they won't give me an appointment on them days I haven't seen my doctor in over a year because of that I can't afford to drive all the way from Sacramento to Woodland so I try to put my appointments together I've been doing it for years then all of a sudden they stop you have no concern about your patients you take days off your doctors do anyway and cancel my appointments have to reset an appointment for at least 3 to 6 months passed that's unfair my infusion doctor he has me to see his assistant Jasmine she took maternity leave off I was supposed to see her October she canceled me and I could not get an appointment until May 29th I asked to see my doctor but he wasn't available either that's not fair neither I have infusions once a month dare to keep me alive they don't run no test on me no x-rays ever since I've been with them they've not run one x-ray except for the first one and that's it so how happy can I be with what you're doing or what your facility is doing what do you mean a man I think it's unfair I'm going to continue to go cuz my insurance is through there but I'm saying all this so that maybe you can talk to those people ever who sends me these things that they can do their jobs like they're supposed to instead of telling me they can't they did before there's no reason for that kind of a change thank you and have a beautiful day

I always feel safe when I'm there as a Patient or for appts with my Doctors. Everyone from the PT or Imaging or the Clinic always make sure I'm comfortable if I need anything they'll make sure I get it. I'm Happy being a Patient at Woodland Hospital. Thank You Julia R. Mangino

Drs, Nurses were outstanding in diagnosing and caring for my Mother until she passed. They made it a dignified and peaceful experience for her and my sisters and I. Special thanks to Dr Abdelaty and Nurse Cassandra who pushed for approval to keep Mom at Woodland Memorial in Comfort Care until she passed.

Front desk clerk needs training. The gentleman was very polite and professional. He got me checked in with no problems. At discharge, I requested a 3 day off as required at my job when it's a doctors note. Im suppose to return on 5/9/25. But there must have been a typo because it's states the 8th. I requested to have it revised but she refused and was told i need to get checked in again.
Ridiculous.

Emergency services were very prompt starting with the receptionist to triage nurses, to x-ray technician, to the phlebotomist in blood lab results from the P.A. calling shots ...the whole medical team were extraordinarily professional, caring, respectful and nice. All I needed was some cough syrup but because of my recent cardiology conditions I must admit emergency services were completely thorough in diagnosis

The doctors & staff were very kind at Woodland Memorial. They were very busy but still showed patience with each person that came into the Emergency room. Kudos to Woodland Memorial Hospital, Doctors & staff.
