I was in this facility for 3 months. For the most part it was a positive experience. The treatment, respect and Physical support l received was with The Physical Therapy Team. They are an exceptional group of individuals who are strictly focused on your well being and assisting with your progress. Libby, Oleg, Alex, Lo, and Jurvie were the best care I received in my journey to recovery ❤️. Thank you so much!

My grandma was in a facility prior and had a really bad experience. She then came to this facility a few months ago and received great care! I want to thank the therapy team and the social services director for all their help in making my grandmas stay much more comfortable!!!

The Woodland Post Acute Rehabilitation Facility has been a fantastic experience for my parents (who both failed on the same day). They are sharing a room and being very well cared for by staff. Scarlett E. in the Admissions Office has been a wonderful resource for information and taken great for all the logistical details. Julie, the Assistant Director for Nursing, has been so thorough with both of my parents. Thank you also to all of the RNs and CNAs.

We have my mom at this Third St. Post-Acute Rehab Facility and the Nursing and Staff personnel are very professional and caring. We are very happy with their services especially Scarlet Espinoza, Carmen, Lorena, Maria and other members that I am forgetting their names. Thank you to all of them.

I entered the facility on 11/19/24, a result of falling & couldn’t get up, due to PLS. I have been pleasantly surprised w/staff, great menu of food, how clean, and friendly everyone was. But for me, it was the physical therapy team. They are sensitive, caring, & so supportive. I’d suggest the facility to anyone needing care for self or family member.

Woodland is a great location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have all kinds of events and activities for the residents. The food is very good and they have a alternative selection of food if ur loved one doesn't like what they are having. Overall I recommend woodland post acute and I have been here a few times in the past few years.
