This clinic has literally saved my life. Dr. May is nurturing, compassionate, and a true advocate for all of her patients. I honestly have no idea where I would be without her. She does not rest until she has an answer for you and is so willing to go back to the drawing board time and time again for adjustments as necessary. I feel that most of the care I have received has been a numbers game and no one really listening to what was happening with me. Dr. May really deeply listens and believes in you. This place is truly the best, you are in great hands here!

I have loved Dr. Ferdinand as a provider. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and laid back and takes my concerns seriously. I am however very frustrated with access and communication. For several years now, when I call the clinic, no one answers the phone and rarely do I get a call back. Now, I just tried calling today and the voicemail box is full and I can’t leave a message. It makes it very difficult to access care. I understand the healthcare system is stressed right now, but despite being told things will get better, they have not. I wish to be able to continue care with Dr. Ferdinand, but it is so frustrating to not be able to get ahold of anyone. There is no way to access the providers online through the portal and it takes a long time for my prescription refills to be approved, making me miss doses of my medication.

Woodstock Natural Health Clinic and Dr. May were recommended to me by a friend. I can't say enough good things about everyone here. I feel supported, safe and feel that I can talk to everyone about anything. The entire staff is friendly, caring and professional.

It can be a challenge to find a good doctor that makes you feel listened to and respected. Dr. May listens, she doesn't judge me, she treats me kindness and respect, she treats me like an adult and empowers me to take charge of my health. I appreciate her so much! I have also seen Dr. Ferdinand when Dr. May has been out sick. Dr. Ferdinand is wonderful too! With either of them, you can trust that you are receiving very high quality care.

I don't really have words that can do justice to W.N.H.C., and, specifically, Dr. Valerie Ferdinand. The best I can come up with is the distinction between just doctors and true healers; Dr. Val is one of the few who are the latter. Anyone who lives with a chronic condition, or has a child with one, has probably been to a lot of doctors and hopefully has the good fortune to be cared for by a healer - someone who you can trust because their goal is yours: To live your best life, no matter what brought you to their door. And to achieve this goal, we patients need both to Be and Feel heard, to feel that our care providers are working with us, not just pushing their medical agenda. Dr. Valerie Ferdinand is all of this and so much more. I think I tell her every time I see her how thankful I am to have her captaining my health and Quality of Life!
After coming here from a small town in California, where you don't have the luxury of choosing your doctor, I suffered bad medicine for 12 years. Clearly this man forgot the medical maxim, "First, do no harm."
W.N.H.C. and Doctor Val would get the highest marks regardless, but getting such amazing care (because she really does care) after receiving the polar opposite was such a blessing, I can't not let the world know!!
As well, the entire support staff (Belle & Jen) is awesome.
Like a few other people have written, going here changed my life! Thank You☀️🌈🌱💜♾...

I've been going to Dr. May for about 1 year now and my care there has been absolutely 5 stars. Dr. May is down to earth, insightful, and of course a very skilled practitioner of her craft. I've had to go in from basic check ups to specialty needs and I've always been able to get in when needed and resolve my ailments through her naturopathic approach. I finally have found a doctor that embodies my philosophy! Her team is also very thorough with a quick follow-up and they are respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. May for your health and wellness needs.

Dr. Valerie incorrectly interpreted test results and told my girlfriend she was positive for herpes when she wasn't. Later testing from another doctor confirmed my girlfriend was in fact negative. Dr. Valerie recommended treatment for herpes which would have been unnecessary. When my girlfriend followed up for more information, Dr. Valerie did not respond and ghosted.

Best Medical Care in Years!!! Dr. Val and the entire staff are Phenomenal. The combination of Western and Homeopathic medicine is fantastic. I can't even fully express in words how happy I am with the care I'm receiving, especially after beyond subpar treatment, in my old town, for almost 13yrs. 10☆'s!!!
