Recently visited Work Hub for a pre-employment drug screening, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The entire process was quick and seamless, and the facility was clean and well-organized. They were prompt and clear in their communication, making what could have been a stressful situation feel simple and straightforward.

Dr. Casey is paid by Sedgwick insurance to say that you are perfectly fine. I fell at work at the end of April and got an X-ray and my hand wasn’t broken, so I continued working at Fed Ex Express. In July I developed very painful cysts and now can’t open my hand without it being very painful. He sent me to Precision Imaging for an MRI and called me back and said that no findings were found in the MRI. I went to Kaiser and now am being referred to a surgeon. Please stay away from this doctor!

Dr. Casey and his staff were absolutely amazing. Very friendly, excellent knowledge, and really quick service. I didn't have to wait at all. I showed up early to my appointment and was taken right in anyway. They took x-rays of my injury right there in the office and showed me the results, explaining everything clearly. They even speak Spanish fluently. I felt very welcome and cared for. I couldnt have asked for a better experience.

I highly recommend this place if you are in need of work related services. I went there this morning for my first time for a drug test for my new job. Front desk was helpful. I was in and out in about six minutes. The gentleman who conducted my test was very professional, very kind, and had great customer service.

In the past, I’ve gone to a location on McHenry and I have found that place to be packed and services take a long time. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of such services.

Never will I go back. Dr Casey is very unprofessional and called me a liar, when in fact it's his ignorance and lack of knowledge regarding CUMMULATIVE injuries of worker's compensation. Insisting that I had injured myself in November when in fact the November date was filing date of my attorney. He doesn't listen and has his own agenda employer loyalty. I left twice because he wouldn't treat me and insurance had to tell him that I was indeed injured and need to be seen. No wonder his office is always empty.

Their website says open Sundays...I showed up at 11 and there was a sign on the door stating it was closed at 10 today sorry. Sundays are my only day off, pretty frustrating. I called several times but did not leave a message. I will call them later and hopefully they can let me stop by early or late.

Dr. Casey and his staff have been amazing! Everyone in the office is so friendly from the minute you walk in! Dr. Casey is kind and professional towards his patients and very knowledgeable! The examine room along with the waiting room is always clean and very organized! My first broken bone experience and I couldn’t have asked for better care or a better doctor!
