I have stayed in several WorldMark resorts (I'm an owner) and I really wanted to like this one. But it's older and showing its age. Carpet needs replacing. Furnace A/C in one unit controls two units. Neighbors could not get their A/C to work while one night we could not get temp above 65!

That said, staff was helpful and friendly as always. It's a nice peaceful resort compared to the one at Indio. Much less of a party atmosphere. Grounds were well kept.

First of all, Tia at the front was one of the sweetest warmest welcomes I have received from any place I've stayed domestic or international. What a lovely human! Secondly this is a very clean, well organized place to stay with great pool, laundry, gym etc. It's gated and feels very safe and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend and will stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Great location, great staff, roomy accommodations. One of the cleanest timeshare resorts we have stayed in. A big plus are the garages, which keep your car shaded and out of the weather. Will definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Nice quiet location near the golf course and the CVLink Bike Paths in Cathedral City. Also very close to the Cathedral City Balloon Festival in October. This is half of a Raintree Resort. One negative is that you are not close to fun eating establishments like in Palm Springs. Nice staff.

Edgar valascos (I don’t have correct spelling) was very troublesome. I came in pay 1am to find a glossy eyed security guard stumbling over his words, when I ask for the room number he tells me 124, I say 124 to confirm and he confirms this is true. I find 124 with absolutely no help and the room keys don’t worry. When I return to the front desk to ask what room it is Edgar tells me I’m wrong and he’s right and it’s 122. I asked multiple times and said it when walking out. Edgar was rude and I suspect he was drinking on the job. Disgusting to see world mark hiring these pests.

First time booking with this resort as a part of our timeshare. It's located in its own gated community, which would be cool, but there's really not much around the neighborhood to do and see. The casinos are at least 30 minutes' drive out. You do get your own garage parking space like you would in a townhouse or apartment. This is exactly what this location feels like... not so much a resort. The bedroom is big and the kitchen is your normal size. There isn't any private laundry like most worldmark resorts, only communal one. We didn't use the pool but it's cool the way it sits in the courtyard. Cool spot if you're not looking to drive around town.

A lovely, private place to stay. It's like a home from home. Comfortable bed and huge bathroom. Small kitchen area which is great to get an early breakfast before heading out to the many nearby attractions. There is private garage parking too, which I didn't personally use, but many other guests did. 10 minutes from the airport, but really quiet. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, and will definitely go again.

My uncle was able to use this place as his timeshare, and it was nice. We had a family event and some family stayed here. The hotel is beautiful and such a nice environment. They had a one bedroom with a sofa bed. The bathroom had 2 sinks which was nice. It was like a mini apartment. There was a small kitchen and there were snacks left for the guest. There was also a garage that they were able to use. When we drove up it looked like a bunch of condos. There is also a golf course there too.
