I really valued Nancy’s advice and willingness to help with credentialing. It went smoothly until feb 2024 with staffing changes. I have emailed multiple times and called and have not heard from her or any staff since. I only had two insurance contracts left. One I thought would be further when I called and the information provided in January 2024 was not provided to them so I just submitted on my own which lucky I am in a better spot to do. I hope she figures things out! Grateful for her in the beginning and getting 2 contracts signed for me but sad that I was ghosted. But hey at least I saved some money and just finished it myself.

Worthy Billing does not care about customer service or satisfaction. We voiced several concerns about one of her employees and issues about our billing, but she kept on defending her and blaming my employee. Finally, after 3 months, she realized all the mistakes and fired her employee. She is charging me for insurance claim payments that I have never received. I was supposedly credentialed with Medicare in 12/23 and paid her for the process, only to find out I was not credentialed properly and have not received any Medicare payments since the start of my business. She is the first to blame other and defensive when questioned. When my colleagues complained about her, I always defended her until the recent months. I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt, but if you read other reviews on various Facebook groups, I know my complaints are valid.

Based on interactions over the last number of months with Nancy and her associates, I have a lot of concern about their approach to managing credentialing. I highly value being flexible in approaching and understanding the limitations that can occur in business, however after expressing multiple concerns, I was discouraged by the company’s lack of understanding and accountability when mistakes were made that caused significant delays in the credentialing time frame. Contracts I have received in the past within a reasonable timeframe were extended by months due to limited action and communication on the company’s part. Insurance companies definitely do not make it easy, however consistent communication and the presence of consistent employees are needed to ensure this already prolonged process isn’t made longer. Unfortunately, this company was unable to meet those needs. I was significantly disappointed in these services and sincerely hope others will have a better experience as this directly impacted patient care.
