The staff is nice but take “xpress urgent” out of the name. I understand medical buildings can be busy but lets be honest We came here around mid morning with 1 other person ahead of us. Why am I waiting 2 hours just for the person IN FRONT of us to be called back!? nobody else in the waiting room randomly popped up to go back, didn’t seem busy. That’s not including MY wait! They need to hire more staff or be mindful AND communicate the wait time they will be having between patients.

I went here before to get an eye prescription, it was about a 30min wait. The dr was super nice, loved her. So I go here today, hoping it was going to be like last time. Man was I wrong. There were three people there before me. I waited an hour and a half. during that time, one person was called back. I had to leave to make it to work. I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what, but it was frustrating. The people are really nice, just be prepared to wait a while.

Deborah at the front desk was super friendly upon entering and even assisted me with finding a local pharmacy. The wait time was not long at all and the check-in process was quite efficient. The doctors were professional and displayed a positive bed-side-manner that makes patients feel at ease. I would highly recommend this location of Xpress Urgent Care for any medical emergency.

As a healthcare professional, I understand that wait times are sometimes unavoidable. However, waiting nearly four hours while watching five others get called ahead of me was extremely frustrating. This facility needs to improve its efficiency—perhaps by hiring more staff or rethinking its patient flow. I've worked at 17 hospitals, and unfortunately, this one operates just as inefficiently as the worst of them. Do better.

My two daughters and I are sick, there were 6 people ahead of us and TWO hours later we get called back. The receptionist is great (they have that going for them). Was told they are only testing for Covid and Flu…. Way too long, we are all exhausted, hungry , the doctor was nice, maybe they are understaffed today? THREE+ hours later and we now know we have the flu and can leave to go pick up our medicine.

A lady in the waiting room said this is normally the quickest urgent care facility.

All I can say is... if you need urgent care this is not the place to come. The staff is nice though, but really; I will never comeback. We waited 2 hours to be called and then sat inside the room for a while.

Waited roughly two and a half hours for services. Only needed a simple antibiotic. I was pretty upset over this, but the staff were actually really kind, and I learned that they only had one provider on staff. They were really busy, so I do have to give them credit for being so understaffed and being as professional and courteous as they were.

The wait time is extremely too long and a lot of the employees struggle with time management and multi tasking.I waited about 3 hours just to be told that what I came here for they don’t do. when I first came in the building I asked the receptionist do they provide what I asked and she said yes. I paid my copay just for the medical staff to tell me they don’t feel comfortable helping me with what I inquired about. If they knew from the jump that what I asked for assistance for was not something they can do then they should not have taken my copay. I was sitting in that office for hours just to be told they can’t help me. It was very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I was also told that I should go to another health facility that offers what I am asking for for free which turned out to be untrue. I don’t know why do people allow themselves to let personal matters interfere with their work duties but this really pissed me off because I could’ve been took care of my issue HOURS AGO elsewhere.

I had a great experience at the clinic. The receptionist and the nurse were kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The doctor was very attentive and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate the care and respect they showed me. Thank you all for your excellent service!

Extremely helpful. When I was turned down by another urgent care telling me they could not help me this office was willing to help. After hearing my symptoms put an order in for blood work and I was able to get blood drawn without leaving of the room. The blood draw was fast and completely painless. The staff was friendly and helpful all the way around.

We had an incredible experience at Express Urgent Care and I’m so grateful we ended up in Dr. Campbell’s care. Earlier this year, we had a terrible experience at a completely different urgent care company where my daughter’s symptoms were brushed off as “just teenage girl hormones.” A few days later, she was hospitalized and diagnosed with severe chronic gastritis. So yeah, we were more than a little nervous walking into urgent care again.

But Dr. Campbell completely changed the game. He listened, took her seriously, and gave us his full attention. He was patient, kind, and thorough—everything you hope for when you're scared and need help. He even helped us pick out the right nebulizer and answered every single question without making us feel rushed or like we were being a bother.

The next day, I called to get a work excuse note and the staff was just as friendly and helpful when I came in this morning to pick it up. Quick, smooth, and zero hassle.

This is exactly how urgent care should be. We left feeling seen, heard, and cared for—and that’s rare. I’ll be recommending this location to everyone I know.
