My parents just enrolled in Dr. Vidal’s concierge practice. They had been with a different Concierge practice and the difference is night and day. Dr. Vidal has been extremely responsive. Both of my parents had been in the hospital over Christmas and Dr. Vidal was on the case the whole time. She coordinated care and communication so we were never in the dark. She personally kept us informed and it was comforting to know she was so deeply involved with their care.

When we first joined her practice she gave each of my parents a thorough interview and exam so she got to know them and was familiar with their issues. She gave good advice for moving forward offering suggestions, not directives, to improve their health so my parents still feel in control.

Overall we are so pleased with the care Dr. Vidal has been providing and know she is committed to their well-being. We recommend Dr. Vidal without hesitation and are lucky to have our loved ones under her watchful eye.
