I received a vaccination here today and the staff was great. Their process was smooth and pain free. I was in and out within 30 minutes which doesn't happen often when visiting a doctors office. If you're needing your vaccination give them a call, I'm sure they'd be happy to serve you.

I have had ups and downs with this center. They would tell me it was time for my yearly exam so I would make the appointment and they would say oh it's not time. Once the doctor even forgot me in the room. When u have state insurance you are very limited. With doctors accepting new patients. I am a single mother so missing work is hard financially. I have been fighting an infection for about a week or so I finally got an appointment at the terrace heights facility my appointment was at 3 I checked in at 240. The nurse took me back asked questions didn't really pay attention to what I said. She told me the doctor was with a patient and would be in shortly. Being Thanksgiving is tomorrow I wanted to put my health first to enjoy the day. I sat in the room 40 minutes I was also to get a tetanus shot. Nurse Saud she would get it ready and be back. 40 minutes no one came in to say anything. I walked out of the room and there was the nurse standing there talking to several other nurses. She just looked at me and I told her it's been 40 minutes and my appointment was at 3 she said nothing. I told her I would go to urgent care. Still in pain, not seen. I do not ever recommend anyone to the terrace heights facility. Not only that if u leave a message for the nurse don't expect a call back they will update your xhart in patient portal but never call u back. I had no idea they changed my prescription buy also didn't do it correctly so my insurance would cover it. Thank God I check my emails. They definitely don't care about people or patients.

Nurses line rarely answers or responds in a timely fashion, scheduling without it being months away is near impossible. Calling by phone is also extremely confusing and stressful which is sad because the staff and doctors here are really nice.

When it come to health care, I definitely trust this organization with my health care needs and those of my family. The staff has always been through and the health care my family and I have received here has always been top notch. The staff members have always been polite and understandable, and have never been short of professional. The locations of this organization have always made it convenient for me to receive care, and I have very rarely had to wait for long periods of time before being seen when I schedule appointments.

My mother had a dental appointment with her dentist and she was extremely upset with her unethical conversations.During her whole dental treatment, Erika was having inappropriate conversations with her assistants. They were giggling and talking throughout her whole service. She definitely will not be returning to this “dentist “ again.

They keep canceling my dental appointments with no warning! First they cancelled my fillings and rescheduled to a cleaning. Drove all the way from Prosser to an appointment, to find out they cancelled without my knowledge, said they called to confirm multiple times, I have 2 phone numbers with this clinic and have absolutely NO missed calls from them! I basically drove there for nothing this morning! Because they couldn’t get me in. Very upset!!! Have had nothing but bad experiences here, will never be going back!!!

Our daughter has been a patient here ever since she received her very first vaccination as a baby and since then it seems to have gotten worse our poor little girl is traumatized from them with shots. they’re rude to her and have no bedside manner whatsoever the only person that was polite and actually took our daughter serious as person enough to ask her questions and be nice to her was the Dr. The MA on duty was rude and offensive. Having been apart of the medical profession and having many friends and family members also in it this is unacceptable. The patient should always be treated kindly and respectfully regardless of age, gender, race, or whatever for an adult professional to treat a little girl this way. I am appalled and I am going to be sure to transfer her to another clinic and I’ll be advising others to do the same until things change here.
